Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights last month. The following are just my observations and opinions, not complaints. How could I, I payed less than $30 a night. The place was clean (by and large). My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but mediocre. The TV had English channels and reception was good. The shower was very good. The room was relatively small though not as small as most rooms in Europe. As someone else said what you get is value. The location is off the main drag but eating places are just a few blocks away. The main thing that I found inadequate was the wifi service which was erratic. The bathroom also did not have a tissue holder, The best attribute of this hotel other than value is service. I had a few complaints during my first 2 days and they were all taken care of within minutes (better than most hotels in this country). Would I stay here again, maybe.

Though in Makati, the location of the hotel is peaceful so you don’t have to worry about the road noise. The room was clean and the staff attended to our needs courteously. The hotel is great for family/friends/couple staycations and business trips!

We stayed here for a short two night break but after this stay we would have stayed a week or more.
The hotel lobby was very nice and inviting. The young lady on reception (Michelle) was very friendly and helpful. Check in went smoothly and we were given directions to our room. Our room was very nice and looked exactly the same as the website photos. The bed was very comfortable. The TV was a very good size with a good selection of channels. Air conditioning worked perfectly and was very cold. Our favourite part was the rain head shower. Every aspect of our stay was excellent and couldn't be faulted in any way. The location was perfect. Within 5 minutes walk is McDonald's, KFC, Chowking, Shakey's, a Vietnamese restaurant and a large supermarket called Shopwise. If you wanted a quiet stay this hotel is perfect as the area is quiet and everything is within walking distance. Definitely worth considering this hotel.

We booked a reservation two weeks ago for our mandatory 5 days quarantine stay with our five month old son required to enter the Philippines. Even put them us our designated quarantine facility in our One Health Pass and RT PCR test bookings. The day we arrive they said they are fully booked and no room for us despite having the reservation. The front desk told us there was a group that showed up and had to give our room to them. We had to go back to the airport, talk to Philippine Coast Guard and Bureau of Quarantine official to change our designated quarantine facility to another hotel.
The expenses and inconvenience they caused to us for not informing us they cancel our reservation was significant.

To add to the insult, we received an email stating we didn't show up (No show).

Great hotel! The room we got was clean and big enough. This hotel is good for business trips and leisure. The housekeeping was really nice and made sure all of our requests were given. Food is great too!

The hotel is located just a walk away from commercial establishments. There is a nearby grocery shopwise if you need anything. Fast food and restaurants are also walkable. When I left the hotel, I forgot that my wallet with 100s of dollars in the closet but the staff tried to contact me thru phone and email that I left something. Everything is intact, nothing missing. I recommend this hotel to those who want a clean room and a relaxing stay.

They have amazing customer service! Their staff is friendly and very accommodating. I was really comfortable with my room/bed and the internet connection is great as well! My room is very near and smells nice too! This boutique hotel is truly well maintained, and the food is even awesome. The location is good too, it’s near city centres. They can also assist you with directions and even book your transportation elsewhere.

I can certainly recommend this hotel to my friends, colleagues, and even family members!

We tried the hotel with my wife. The staff is very accommodating and the place is very clean and well maintained. We were surprised to have such a pleasant experience, we didn't expect it for what we paid. I highly recommend this place for people who wants to relax in the city.

Hi Laura I think they do. It's about 700 pesos if I remember correctly. We used KLOOK to organise our pick ups to and from and it came in cheaper. It's charged to you through PayPal and you can get quote in AUD before confirming.

I booked on line but you could call the hotel and speak to the Manager Samantha lovely young girl. Airport to Hotel depending on traffic could be anything from 25 minutes to 90 minutes in peak hours. It is located in San Antonio Village which is part of Makati, you would be best to call and ask for Samantha and mention my name from Australia and we stayed there last November 2018 for my wife's aunt's 100th birthday.
