This hotel consistently meets our expectations of a clean, friendly place to stay whenever we travel to Manila. We have just completed another stay here and were reminded of what great service this hotel provides. Their made to order breakfast is included in the price of the stay and the cafe is open 24-hrs a day, meaning we never had...

Friendly staff. Choice of western and local breakfast; would prefer if coffee is unlimited. Room is clean; however shower head in the bathroom was still not fixed properly after employee tried to fix it. Air conditioning was quite noisy; however bed and pillows were very comfortable so I had a good night sleep nevertheless.

Mainly all good. Food places nearby but about 3km taxi ride from main attractions of Manila - go with grab taxi they are great. We got upgraded from studio to standard room free of charge :) The staff are super nice - about 5 of them greet you as you come into the cafe reception etc. Good breakfast - you...

We had a few days at the Alejandra Makati on a recommendation that it was one of the better budget hotels in the area, that's exactly what this place is. The hotel is clean, serves a good breakfast and it has a coffee shop that stays open 24 hours a day. Our room was one of there suites and it wasn't...

I have stayed at this hotel at two occasions and the recent being the second week of October. The rooms are quite spacious depending on what your preference is. Breakfast has the usual local and continental food. The hotel is located along a less-traffic road with not much activity. There are mostly local small restaurants and if you want Western...

Hotel is quite hard to find by taxi. We arrived late at night booked in early and paid extra price to check in early due to being tired and arriving early. Hotel accommodated our needs. Customer service was friendly and accommodating for all our needs. We enjoyed our stay and would return and stay again

For a budgetted hotel stay, this one fits the bill. Acceptable room, with a good breakfast and reasonable price too. Staffs are hardworking, polite and very good. The room is clean enough and AC should be turn on all the time to get the maximum result. Otherwise, the location is very good for transport and easy to find hotel. Well...

We didn't expect much from this hotel since it is just a budget hotel, but it was actually better than what you think. Location - Near Makati. Good if you're visiting places around Metro Manila. Staff - Friendly, very accommodating and polite. Room - Clean, Not that big but they do have a TV, small fridge and water heater (for...
