For Solo Traveler's that needed to be quarantine at this time, and travelling alone like me, this is one of the nice hotels in Makati, 1 block from Ayala, near in PBCOM Building.

It is a 14 days rule to stay in a quarantine facility, you have to stay and wait for the results, that you are negative in Covid for swab test, and rapid test.

You are not allowed to go out, so make sure that there will be someone who can deliver your food at the hotel. Hotels are all quarantine facility this time

At first, I was expecting they will give me a large room, but since I don't need one, they prefer this giving it to me, a single solo room.

Before you sleep in your beds, make sure all the linens, pillow case, bed sheets must be pull out to make sure that you are sleeping with no stains, and clean.

You need to read the policy that I also post it here.

They can only give you summit mineral water, 2 bottles of 350ml per day, I recommend you to buy your own mineral water at 711 nearby , coffeeshops and banks are accessible.

Laundry is expensive inside this hotel, I recommend you to do your laundry outside or wash your own clothes inside of the hotel.

The bathroom floor is not safe, very slippery. Make sure you need to get some extra towels to make your floor dry. Extra careful walking.

The restaurant inside of the hotel are closed, so no way for you to eat, unless you order and deliver it to your hotel, you can use Grab to deliver your food.

Freebies are slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste.

Bring your own towel for your hygienic use and for your safety.

The room is really small and clean, just make sure that you always call the housekeeping, to clean the room every single day.

Put "No Disturb" in case you do not wish to get disturb, hotel attendant will always knock on your door to check up on you.

Restaurants fast-food like Chowing and Starbucks, Jollibee and Greenwich nearby, only take out, can't eat inside of the restaurant, because it is GCQ in the Philippines.

There is a curfew, cannot stay late at night outside. WIFI is really slow, can only use 2 gadgets at the same time per day.

There is swimming pool and gym facilities, they close it and guest are not allowed to use.

Couples can stay together as long as married couples, if not, make sure that both of your ID are same address, otherwise you cannot stay together in 1 room.

They are considerate to children, in case that needs to quarantine, and for important occasion such as processing passport or visa, in case if you and your family coming from Cebu, Davao as long as it's far or in another country.

The place is a business district, everything is accessible.

No smoking facility. There is a penalty. I posted it too.

And lastly, I want to recommend Nats and his colleagues for always checking on me what I needed while I am inside of the premises.

I will show you all the pictures that you need to know.

Ok my quick review is:

Check in: no one greeted us and helped with our luggage. You basically have to go to the "check in desk" yourself and start talking till someone gives you their attention. They had 3 staff at the counter but it seemed drastically understaffed as there was around 30 people sitting around waiting to check in. They only gave us 1 room key and again, no one offered to assist with bags or show us to our room.

The room: tiniest room ive ever stayed in 25 years of travelling Asia. Im claustrophobic and immediately started feeling uncomfortable in this very narrow room. Shower and toilet was really small. Anyone bigger than me wouldn't be able to turn around in the toilet. The glass sliding door for the toilet and shower was really hard to open and close. The bed was ok but zero space either side and not even a bed side table. One wall was a false / plasterboard wall so you could hear every sound from the next room which was absolutely terrible. So much so that i had to call reception at midnight as the next room a girl was shouting and screaming. They uad a nice sony led tv with sky cable so i laid down to chill hoping to watch some sport on something on fox sports. Nooooooo can do. They had cable but basically paid for ZERO channels. There was literally about 5 channels available, all local. Pathetic. Air-conditioning seem to be ok.

Check out: staff not overly friendly and didnt ask how was our stay or anything just asked the room key then a few minutes later said "ok you're good to go". Which i inew anyway since the room was paid in advance and there's no mini bar in the room to accumulate costs. Again, no offer to help with booking a car, taxi and baggage assistance.

Location: best part of this hotel. 10-15 minute walk to greenbelt restaurant district. Ayala avenue 1 min walk and only a 10 min to the Australian Embassy, which was the purpose of our visit.

Price: pretty decent value for money when you're looking for a room in a convenient location.

Overall: Too small for a couple with a toddler. Not family friendly. Ideal for one person looking for a 1-2 night stay in a convenient Makati location. They really should have spent money on sound proofing the rooms better, more restroom and shower space, with privacy.

The Mini Suites is the place to begin your Philippine adventure, before I booked here I read negative reviews about the thin wall and noise next door, so I brought ear plugs but didn't need them.the rooms are not to small and very modern with HBO, they have a pool which is at least 25 yards long and a nice small gym to get a perfect 25/30 minute workout. then connected to Eton Tower you have the greenbelt leading to the mall although you do have a 15 minute walk, and down the street you have beautiful triangle park, this part of Makati is very modern with newer beautiful buildings some are call centers. Filipinos are always friendly people, I love the Philippines.

I cannot express how satisfied I am with my recent stay at the Eton Mini Suites in Makati, the business district of Manila. Alvin, the duty manager and staff was extremely helpful, accommodating, and attentive during any issues with my stay. The rooms are modern, clean, comfortable, and stylish. The property is clean with plenty of sites to see. The location is convenient to the Greenbelt, Landmark, and Glorietta malls (15 min walk on an elevated skywalk). I will be staying here again in the future and highly recommend staying at this hotel.

This hotel is one of the worst I have stayed at. The room we originally booked was a studio type that had the weakest AC and worst bathroom I have ever experienced. We just came back from a long overseas trip and decided to give this one a shot because the hotel photos looked alright. When we got to the room it was so bad that we upgraded to a suite and that one was equally as bad. It had the smell of BO all over it, and I don't think they properly sanitized the room.

One of the worst things in the hotel is that they tell you cant leave the room until you get back your covid test results back. On top of that they didn't have food at the hotel, it was so inconvenient and also dreadful since we had to just stay in our room the entire time which was about 48 hours. It was like a dungeon. The only way we could order food was from Grab or one of their delivery apps in the Philippines, that wouldn't accept cash as payment. To add gas to the fire they wouldn't accept our cards either. We eventually had to contact one of our friends in the Manila to order food for us over the app. A hassle for them and a hassle for us.

Overall this hotel is just banking on clients paying for the 2 nights of quarantine and milking everyone for it. They are heavily understaffed and offer no cleaning services. I hope they shut this hotel down!

The mini suites have a great location, walking distance to Greenbelt and Landmark Malls. Variety of transportation available.
The hotel itself is modern, with spacious rooms, staff very friendly and professional.
Breakfast is available at hotel, but also you have several coffee shops across the street that serve you breakfast and other meals.
Nice swimming pool and gym.
Don’t think twice, just book and enjoy.

I spent my quarantine days in this hotel and the service was great especially Ms. Princess from the FO who assisted me during my quarantine period who patiently catered to all my requests and needs. I can say my expectations have been exceeded in ever way, she’s very accommodating, professional kind and willing to go the extra mile to help their guest. I hope to see her again on my next visit! Another huge convenience is the location and they also allow food deliveries for quarantine guest, all cravings will definitely be satisfied.

The rooms are modern but small, fine for a short stay. The wifi barely worked in the room. The front desk staff were often very busy, would not answer the phone. I called ahead and asked for a shuttle pick up from the airport, the person I spoke to said that it would be arranged. I landed in Manila and there was no shuttle, I called the hotel and they had no record of the shuttle being booked.

The Mini Suites Eton Tower Makati is a terribly overpriced, very uncomfortable hotel with very pokey rooms and rock hard uncomfortable beds.

This hotel is located in a high rise building in the rooms are small and extremely narrow.

The bed is pushed hard up against one wall and you cant even walk down the other side of the bed.

The bed is rock hard, lumpy and uncomfortable and it was murder trying to get much sleep. It was like sitting on concrete and when you sat on the bed you got a sore backside after sitting on them for a while because they were so hard. You don’t have any other option there are no chairs in the room.

They have a terrible policy of charging you 3,000 pesos as a holding deposit yet there is nothing in the bloody rooms to justify it.

There is no mini bar , there is no jug or tea and coffee making facilities, no slippers or bathrobes, no hair dryer, nothing, and where some properties do not charge a holding deposit this is the most expensive i have encountered and yet there is nothing to justify it.

If my booking was refundable i would have canceled on life this property was so bad.

They have a TV mounted on the wall with 300 channels but only about 25 of the channels work and the TV is mounted on such an angle you can't turn it so you can watch it from lying on the bed so you have to stand up because there's no chairs in the room, or you sit on the edge of the bed at the bottom of the bed to try and see it.

When when you turn the TV off then go to turn it back on the next day it doesn't work and you have to get maintenance to come and get it working again.

The shower has very ordinary water pressure and the door doesn't close so water pours out onto the floor in the room. They didn’t even supply a floor mat to help prevent the water spreading acoess the floor through the room.

The walls up hyper theme and you can hear everybody's conversation in the rooms either side you could even hear someone fart in the next room.

The staff were unfriendly and the housekeeping cleaned my room and threw out my covid mask. Then when I went down to reception to complain, (there is no phone in the room so you cant call down),  reception didn't care, didn't offer any compensation and just said Well go buy another one! What a disgrace.

The loss was their negligence and they are responsible to replace it.

People might think well they were dong a thorough job cleaning but this wasn’t the case either, they never even emptied the bin and left it overflowing.

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 out of 10.

Mini Suites should be called pokey rooms and It's a terrible hotel, it's horribly uncomfortable, horribly over priced and simply not worth it

DO NOT stay at Mini Suites Elton Tower. They are not suites or anything like it, they are more like a closet.

Don’t waste your money.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody under any circumstances it was not one positive thing to say about it.

The mini suites is a quite little describing name, the rooms are more than mini, they are tiny! We stayed at a regular double room, and I think it was more suited for one person. The toilet and shower had only glass walls around them, not much privacy.

But the rooms are nice and modern, the location is really good! It is only a 15 min walk over to the Greenbelt. And we got fresh towels and room keeping every day, the room cleaning staff were really nice and helpful. The reception staff wasn’t so nice - in our 3 night stay the staff in the reception did not say hello once as we walked pass them. The room was also kind of dirty, like; they hadn’t cleaned behind the bed in ages..

The hotel is OK for a short stay, and if you are on a budget :)
