Friendly staff esp restaurants and business center. Its dated hotel but well maintained and basic amenities are given. Few food choices with affordable prices.Good for convention but low ceiling. Breakfast can be ordered earlier, have to wait for a la carte orders.

Stayed for conference. Room was clean and amenities fine. Good air-conditioning. Good choice of channels on TV. Bed was too soft for my liking. Wi-fi was poor and difficult to connect. Also the connection was unstable, and invariably cut-off randomly, and was not reliable enough to get any work done. Location is poor as there are only garages and tire...

We stayed there for 2 days 3 nights..room was clean and the beds are comfy..the bathroom has a working hot and cold shower but no exhaust fan..front desk and the chef is approachable and friendly..free breakfast is good.. guards are nice even though their free parking policy is "park at your own risk" it shouldn't be like that.. a budget...

We're a group of 3 adults and 2 kids. For our group, we booked a family room, no aircon for Baguio weather. It's a quadruple room, roomy with a view. It comes with 4 free breakfast plated, but fruits and salad bar is buffet type. We just pay for the 5th member of our group. Have safe basement parking. Rooms...

It was my first time visiting Baguio and did not have much to expect except what I had read from the internet. The hotel is quite a distance from most things (malls, restaurants, cafes, etc) and getting taxis had been quite a challenge being a long weekend. The closest attractions have been Bell Church and La Trinidad (within walking distance)....

Title of review says it all. Rooms had no AC and fridge. Sheets and towels are overused. Almost brown in color. Buffet breakfast was ok. Except for the eggs which were too oily!!! Close to strawberry farm. Will we go back? - NOPE

The hotel outside looks okay, pretty average I must say. Upon entering the reception area of the hotel it was also average. Nothing too fancy and the staff were fairly helpful. Our original room when we arrived wasn't ready yet which made me a little annoyed especially since we travelled for almost 24 hours and imagine our exhaustion at the...

Very accommodating- me and my family had fun staying there. The parking attendant is also the best. Thumbs up also to the crews who had given an inputs on where to go. Try the breakfast long gani Sa it's perfect!

The rooms were spacious for twin beds. Not enough choices for the free breakfast. I liked the fresh fruit buffet, especially the strawberries. Very convenient location for commuters like me. I did not enjoy the brewed coffee form Cafe Jean, though.

Thank you for the wonderful accommodation. Our room is clean when we entered. They have provided us with towels and toiletries. Far from other tourist sites within the city but still convenient if you have car. you can park at the basement, in front of the hotel or in the open parking lot beside the hotel. Complimentary breakfast is okay...
