The hotel outside looks okay, pretty average I must say. Upon entering the reception area of the hotel it was also average. Nothing too fancy and the staff were fairly helpful. Our original room when we arrived wasn't ready yet which made me a little annoyed especially since we travelled for almost 24 hours and imagine our exhaustion at the...

Very accommodating- me and my family had fun staying there. The parking attendant is also the best. Thumbs up also to the crews who had given an inputs on where to go. Try the breakfast long gani Sa it's perfect!

The rooms were spacious for twin beds. Not enough choices for the free breakfast. I liked the fresh fruit buffet, especially the strawberries. Very convenient location for commuters like me. I did not enjoy the brewed coffee form Cafe Jean, though.

Thank you for the wonderful accommodation. Our room is clean when we entered. They have provided us with towels and toiletries. Far from other tourist sites within the city but still convenient if you have car. you can park at the basement, in front of the hotel or in the open parking lot beside the hotel. Complimentary breakfast is okay...

We stayed here for about 4 days and 3 nights and it was amazing! The room was large enough and the bed was relaxing. There was cable TV and a well-provided bathroom. However, the lights were not centralized and I had to turn all the lights off one by one at night. There was a crawling insect that I found....

Originally we were looking for a place that would be suitable to hold a reception for our wedding. Was informed that this hotel does and so booked a couple of nights before we married. I must say that the service manager was very helpful in that he managed to organise everything I needed and at a good price. The bridal...

I like the place because it is not crowded at the time, feels private and relaxing. The room is spacious and clean. Friendly staff, ambiance and Kalinga coffee are the things I liked the most. They have a large ballroom to accommodate events and celebrations. Parking space is underground.

I was speaking at this hotel and simply reserved a room in between the afternoon and evening sessions. Took a nap and shower. Great room with comfortable bedding, mattress and pillows, a great bathroom and shower too! Air conditioner worked great!!! The ballroom was awesome... providing great staging, sound system, and accommodating staff everywhere. Excited to return next year for...

My family stayed for three days in this hotel. Rooms are pretty big; bed is very soft and inviting. Pillows can be improved. Location is alright if you have a private car. Breakfast is alright too; pretty basic but good enought to start your day. Wifi needs to be improved especially on higher floors.
