I stayed in a larger room on the sixth floor, the room was lovely, comfortable bed, big bathroom, clean and tidy with a small balcony and nice view of burnham park. If i was to find fault with the hotel then i would have to say that one or two members of the reception staff ( not all ) could...

Keisha and I had a very long journey after we arrived in Manila and headed to Baguio City. We were able to reach the place late in the afternoon, We checked in and did not have the chance to tour around. We rested that night with a freezing temperature. I even turned off the air condition unit , because it...

Almost everything we needed during our stay is provided by the hotel and staff are very helpful. Just that during our stay when we tried to turn the aircondition on it made a very irritating sound and after a few hours we notice that water is leaking from it. So we decide to report it to the front desk they...

We stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights. Few weeks before our stay we reserve the room and we said the standard room with 1 queen size bed not twin bed. But when we get there the room that they gave is twin bed. Yes. The one who make the reservation listed that we reserved twin bed. And they...

I have stayed in two rooms, both toilets are not working. The hallways are so noisy. There is no internet inside the rooms. It's a terrible idea if you plan to work inside the room. Also, I found a tiny cockroach on my bed. What a nightmare.

We’ve planned our Baguio trip for almost a year and have contemplated on which hotel to stay in and we chose what we thought was the hotel with the best location, best price and best accommodation package....

It wasn't really that extravagant. But it has the best location as it is at the heart of the city. Very accessible to everything. There are just few points for improvement just like the shower flow & wifi ( you have to stay out of your room & proceed to the common lobby for you to get internet connection). It's...

My partner and I stayed at Veniz twice now over the past two years. I have found it close to everything we wanted to see in Baguio. Very close to the markets and a short taxi ride to the strawberry fields. The only thing I had to complain about was the shower in our room was broken so had to...
