Our recent stay was comfortable and safe. Great service from the reception and breakfast team. The room is clean with sufficient amenities but can be better if renovated. We stayed in rooms 208 & 209 (family room for 5 persons), both bathrooms need re-painting, the rest is good, water pressure and hot water works. Our family recommends Hotel Henrico - Kisad for the Baguio trip, especially when traveling with private car. Parking space is vital.

1. Price booked is a good deal for 3D2N. The cheapest one we found offered online was Php 14,000+ for 11 guests.

2.Room has electric fan, TV, open cabinet for luggage and clothes. The restroom we have in our room has faulty sink faucet that flows 24 hours unless the valves are shut off or you press the faucet with force while turning it off (my husband figured that out). Aircon was not needed because it's really cold. Also, don't expect cleaning services daily. The towels and beddings were not changed and the restroom is exactly how we left it everyday. I think we need to instruct the lobby for cleaning services. Manage room expectations.

3. Location of the hotel is near Burnham Park. It's also near cafes, restaurants and hospital in case of emergency.

4. Amenities like the internet is strongest in the dining area.

5. Parking space can fit 6-8 cars. Guests can park in front of the hotel. It is somewhat steep so it will really help if guests will give and take.

6. Staff is accommodating, warm and friendly.

Pros:
Budget room for 3 with free breakfast.
We had a room near the reception area so we are spared from using the stairs.
Free shampoo and soap, blankets and towels for every guest.
Hats off to the Staff's warm reception.

Cons.
Our room does not need an aircon because of the very cold weather, in fact the room floor is very cold so might as well bring with you a slipper.
We requested for a fan due to some mosquitos, some leak in the bathroom tiles and a shower that needs to be held while in use.
Also noises from nearby construction can be heard in the afternoon, but we slept soundly at night
Though google map says its only 17 minutes walk from Burnham Park, SM and other nearby tourist spots, the trek made it very hard to go back to the hotel and
unfortunate for us that no taxis were available so we have to walk the busy road alongside the traffic to Kisad.

Positive:
1. Breakfast is good
2. Some staffs are nice and accomodating

Negative
1. Blanket was too thin for the cold weather. I have to request for another 1 which they granted for a fee.
2. The bathroom needs maintenance and deep cleaning.
3. We booked for 5 days and 4 nights but they only gave us complimentary hygiene kit (mini soap, shampoo and toilet paper) good for 1 day. Nevermind the soap and shampoo, because travellers usually brought their own. But for toilet paper rolls, you have to pay them thrice its usual price if you ask them for another roll. We just bought 3 rolls outside.
4. During our 4th night, a group of people were loudly chattering just near the lobby where the frontdesk is located. Our room was located in the first floor and the noise was too much to bear and we were not able to sleep properly because we were continously waken by their sudden burst of laughter as if the frontdesk officer just a few steps away from them cannot hear them. They were chattering and laughing until 3AM in which I had enough and complained about the noise using agoda chat. But nobody responded and the noise continued until 4am and they probably decided to sleep.
5. Their free Wifi was too weak in our room. I have to go the lobby for a stronger connection. I can't even use my mobile data because there was no network service in our room.

We spent splendid in Hotel Henrico Kisad. We loved it when our room upgraded and gave us all for 4 pax breakfast originally for 2 pax. The wifi is fast and importantly the water heater in the shower was working well. As for the location, it is quite near to Burnham Park and from there you can just walk to nearby tourist spot. Walkable for young adult but not for the senior. You can hail a taxi from there as well. Worth for the price as the hotel is cheaper than the others. Thank you so much and I appreciate it.

We booked a two-day, one-night stay, and the entire staff was very accommodating. Also, the hotel's location is excellent because it is close to Burnham Park, so you could simply walk there. Breakfast was also good, but I believe they used instant coffee. There are also several nearby cafes and restaurants, which is fantastic. Parking is also excellent, though not particularly spacious, and there is free internet access and a variety of other amenities. So, if you're looking for a low-cost hotel, I recommend this one.

Stayed overnight. Super quite. They are offering free filipino breakfast and free parking. Wifi is excellent. the room we stayed has about 8outlets so we can charge everything at the same time. Staff are polite and courteous.
Heater is also working, you just need to wait for about 2-3mins.

Cons: Yung headboard sa bed may crack with lots of dead flies, but it didnt affect our stay.

The location is excellent. Close to all tourist attractions within Baguio City. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I hope they could improve their facility like the room we're staying in, the bathroom clogged, and the window is hard to close. And the walls are too thin, like we could hear the conversation from other rooms. But all in all, very good! Hope to visit and stay in this hotel again.

My friends and I we're very satisfied in this hotel.
What I like the most personally is that the staff are very accommodating and considerate, from our late check in, simple requests, up to our check out, you'll definitely feel comfortable with them.

From the hotel, Burnham Park, SM, Cathedral, Session Road is just walking distance, though a bit far but since we don't have itinerary, we decided to take a walk while enjoying the cold breeze of Baguio. hehehe.

Breakfast is surprisingly good, my friends loved their longganisa meal.

Our room is neat and clean. I actually requested for a Non-Smoking room.

Thank you!
