For the price I would expected more. There was nothing really bad about it but don't expect to be wowed. Run of the mill. Wouldn't stay again. Pics not true representative. The free breakfast was not great.

Service and cleanliness wise, this hotel is great. Our rooms were clean and the sheets are great too. Since we were on the lower ground, there's no view of the city tho there's a window to some just some green jungle so not exactly good for staycation I guess. Their buffet is good too and their resto has a good...

We went to Baguio for a national competition and it was my first time to experience a hotel that has rooms below the main lobby. Considering Baguio's landscape, I think the hotel has a well-thought out design and architecture. Our group stayed at the 3rd lower ground floor of the hotel. Their family rooms are wide and it would seem...

The rooms are nice we booked 5 rooms 3 family suite and 2 premium suites, we arrived early thus we were required to pay 30% of the rate. For 5 rooms that will be quite expensive in consideration to our concern they let us stay, all 26 people in one room first - actually to change and freshen up, they...

I have booked Chalet several times already. • Accessible location. • Great value for money. Just book early. • Fairly well-maintained rooms. A few might show some signs of wear and tear. • Breakfast is a bit underwhelming. • Good customer service. • There is parking space though limited. Might be a problem if fully booked. Overall, it is a...

This is a good hotel to stay. Location is good and near good restaurants. 15 mins walk to Session Road and Burnham Park. Rooms are big and clean. We got the Family room and was spacious, can easily fit 6 persons.

Stayed here for my birthday celebration last October of 2012. I love everything about this hotel. The bed, the toilet, the breakfast, the view while having breakfast. I can't wait to come back. It seems it's my home in Baguio, for it feels really home. And, they have elevator.

When we have not found any room available in hotels inside the Camp John Hay, I have researched for a decent place to stay at least near John Hay and found this hotel with high hopes to at least provide us a good experience beacuse of its moderate(not cheap) price. We arrived at the hotel at around 2pm since I...

If you want a hotel that is inside Camp John Hay but can't book one, your next best choice is Chalet Baguio which is just nearby. The staff are courteous, very accommodating and quick to act on our requests. The hotel was fully booked as it was the height of the holiday season, but when we asked for housekeeping to...
