Wasn't happy! Water wouldn't come out of shower head and the staff acted like it was my fault! Bed was terrible... no extra outlets to charge a phone. Holes in wall repaired but not painted. The corridor outside window was full of garbage and cigarette butts...what a view! No bandwidth for internet. NEVER GOOD, When available very slow. I checked...

If you just need a place to sleep and out all day, this is okey. But if you want comfort I wouldn't recommend this place. The service is terrible. Imagine there are only limited sockets to charge your gadgets and we are 6 pax. I requested for an extension socket but they couldn't provide. We also requested for a pot...

We came in a little late after 6pm. What's good about the hotel is it's location. We just crossed the street upon getting off the bus from Pasay. (Good thing I saw it!) Upon entering the hotel, I saw the receptionist was very busy talking to someone on their mobile and the landline was also ringing, however she's still able...

I spent several times eating at the restaurant of this hotel just to go along with the request of fellow nurses from BGH. Unfortunately their food has gone from good to worse. Meat is tough and dry and sometimes the amount/portion is less than the usual serving.

Booked this hotel a few hours before we checked in. System was not updated fast enough. Receptionist could not find any details of our booking when we got there. We kept repeating our confirmation number and names. Wish it was as fast as instantly getting charged for room fees and taxes. Stayed only for a night and had to get...

Starwoods Hotel needs to renovate their rooms, stains on the wall and it has a moldy smell. The pillows are dirty white and upkeep of room is poor i saw a used cotton buds on the headboard of my bed. The only saving grace is the restaurant which serves affordable meals. Staff are also helpful. I hope they improve the...

The hotel needs a lot of cleaning, repainting, & repair inside-out of the hotel. Curtains definitely need washing as well. Window locks & cabinet doors are defective. This hotel is the nearest to my business coverage hence, I keep coming back here. Major cleaning & renovation are badly needed.
