The hotel is fair with everything. Good location. Receptionist are quick to make decisions and easy to approached. Breakfast team during the weekend are good 😊 The rooms are little dark. Bed smells 😔

I found the best picked deals using my Agoda App and it's Paladin Hotel. Staying there for a night and day was totally pleasurable. I have a baby who needed more assistance so once in a while I called the helpdesk, and totally they were more willing to engage with you. All staff we met were customer oriented, plus the hotel...

- We stayed in their lowest priced/budget room. The room has no A/C and only has a wall mounted fan, BUT you wont need the A/C since its cold (Baguio, right?). - The room is clean, has hot water in the shower, and provides the basics of a hotel at a lower price point. - The hotel is in downtown...

Free breakfast and massage depending on your room accomodation which i really love. The staff is very accomodating, helpful and courteous. We loved our stay at the Paladin. The room was adequate - neat with hot and cold shower. We opted for a non-airconditioned room considering that Baguio weather tends to be on the cold side, and were right to do so! Even with our windows closed, the room temperature was still at around 19° C. We also love how everything...

I like Paladin because of its proximity to parks, restaurants, bars and malls in Baguio city. I checked in with my nephew in May 2016 for couple of days and one thing i didnt like was how we were treated by 2 staffs when we asked for something at the front desk. Apparently, as i was talking to the lady...
