Been here twice, last 2012 & recently this last June 2016. Still, from lobby to our room, I can say that it is clean, even the bathroom are. Staffs are very much accomodating & polite. Wifi signal cannot reach inside the rooms but can access within the vicinity, they have sofas in the hallways where you lounge or stay at...

Bed and pillow very comfortable. All day breakfast is a plus. Only that the first thing we noticed is that the shower head needs to be replaced. And the water pressure is a bit on the low side (stayed on the 4th floor) plus water temperature is a bit difficult to control. Aside from these, generally, two thumbs up!

There's NO Wi-fi in the rooms; I wish they can do something about this. It's inconvenient to still go to the lobby just to quickly check your e-mail or social media accounts. The window view of the mountains (city lights) at night is spectacular, though; ensure you request a room on the fourth floor (their highest floor, if I'm not...

Stayed overnight in a non-airconditioned room, at the corner of the building. Room temperature there range from 18 to 23 degrees Celsius, so no need for an aircon. Thought getting the highest floor would spare me from the noise but it was a big mistake. Hotel is at a busy intersection where all big jeepneys pass by and the roads...

Room is okay. a bit pricey. We booked for 4 people room which we selected breakfast included. When we got there they said that were only entitled for free breakfast for 2 people that from our knowledge if we booked for a specified number of people we will get all a meal. But got us disappointed and we had to...

I have known this hotel for a very long time but I have only tried their coffee shop before. Then last weekend, it was a spurge of a moment plan to go up in Baguio and stay for a night. So there, we settled in at this hotel and since it was off-peak season, it was a hassle-free check-in. We...

I booked a double deluxe room for four and requested for an extra bed for an overnight stay last weekend. The room was big enough to more beds if one's on a tighter budget. The hotel is just behind Baguio City Hall and is along Naguilan Road, where lots of jeeps going to the Baguio Plaza pass through. One downside...

Visited during Flower Festival weekend so city was super busy but this location was far enough out to provide a little space but close enough to walk down to parades. Loved the boutique style. Room was huge. Traffic noise but no surprise there as traffic is crazy during festival.
