Great location but the rooms need major refurbishing....had to transfer rooms cos the drain did not work well, showerhead was also broken. our new room had the same problem, drain wasn't working well. Towels were very old and grey and thin and one towel had 2 big holes in it Carpet in the hallway also had holes. The upside is...

A one night stay in this hotel is ok, the hotel yes indeed need a renovation and touched up. But what do you expect for the price that you pay for. Its is still a decent place to stay especially the location is beside the burnham park (one of the famous tourist spot in Baguio). The room is average, the...

To anyone thinking of staying at this hotel one word of advice DON'T . We arrived after booking this on the web the first room offered had broken tiles in the bathroom , the taps were loose, the carpet was heavily stained and the place had not been redecorated for years. We switched room only to find the second room...

I'll give 3 stars to this place because they need to renovate or improve their bathroom. The toilet bowl doesn't work well and the sink needs to be fix for leaks. Overall the room is neat if you're there only for a place to sleep and bath. They don't serve breakfast when you stay at their family room. You'll have...

Nice budget hotel. We stayed there from August 23-25, 2014. They give big discount up to 50% thats why we only paid php. 1,400/night for 3 adult & 2 teens. The room are specious, enough space for 4 to 6 people, hot shower with bathtub. Tv outdated but fine. The location is at the back of burnham park. Walking distance...

Since we were out during the day, we really didn't mind the hotel's facilities as long as we had a good room to sleep in and a good bath with hot water. The location is good with many taxi cabs passing by. The rates are quite affordable. Staff are friendly. The place may not be as classy as the others,...

We stayed here last Mar26-28 2014. We were looking for a place to stay and after a couple of inquiries to different hotels, we managed to pass by City Travel. On the outside,it looks quite expensive but then we were surprised when they offered us 50% off the price of their standard room provided that they wont be serving us...

From the reviews I've read, I took the risk of booking this hotel since it has the best location in town. With Burnham park right in front and walking distance to shopping mall and market, I will surely save a lot from commuting - considering that we are traveling with so many kids and seniors. Before I checked in, I...

This hotel is terrible. Stayed with family (7pax) and the room we got got enough space. 1 queen sized bed, 2 bunk beds and one extra bed. But everything was old and dark and creepy. Few electric outlets in the room despite of its size and capacity. The bunk beds creaks a lot for each move you make so its...

Booked thru booking.com - big mistake! The rate wasn't discounted at all - in fact, I paid top price for a room that deserved a lot less. The pictures in booking.com looked spacious for a group of 6 pax, but we ended up being squeezed in a room that can only fit 3 people. The bunk beds creaked annoyingly with...
