We have a contemporary home set up. Old,clean, spacious. Very cozy ambiance in each room and the common living area where any one can lounge about by the fireplace or the Cafe. A space for kids is provided with toys and books. Hi-speed WiFi is available. Our rooms vary from single to double, a family room good for six and still have room to walk around. Definitely not cramped. Wide parking space.

We had a great time. Dont expect much since they dont have an AC and some modern amenities. Staff are approachable and kind. Great value for money and for the price, already has daily plated breakfast with coffee in the morning. Its a wonderful pet friendly gem of a place.

The staff are world class in terms of service. The overall ambiance is secure, quiet and peaceful. The owner is very accommodating. The place is basically exclusive for few lucky guests. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back.

Uber homey place & cozy enough to fall asleep, 2 minutes after a hot shower. The place features an in-house Cafe that serves excellent brews fit for international coffee connoisseurs. The building is of unknown circa but definitely post-WW2. The owners have preserved most of the old wood and stone walls and pillars which add to the beauty and house-like feel of the B&B. This place is in the backroads which means no dreadful traffic but also within the central business district so almost all of the famous sites that Baguio has to offer are just minutes away. The rooms are big with private bathrooms each and feature hand-crafted decors. Mural artworks are provided by painter-artist Kelly Ramos. Part of the main feature may be the friendly and very helpful staff. This is reflective of the famous Baguio hospitality and the place is a sincere homage to Baguio heritage. Highly recommended!

I understand why this place had equal good and not-so-good reviews. If you plan to book a room, choose the ones with windows. The rooms are quite small to begin with and it would be worse if you take those locked-in inner rooms, which feel claustrophobic. We were quite unlucky to stay during bad weather, forcing us to stay indoors and there was basically nothing to do. You can't even while away the time with sightseeing. It is also important to have your own car if you book at this place. I think the jeepney routes don't pass the area and taxis are also few. Since it's quite far from the tourist spots with narrow, descending roads, don't expect a leisurely walk.

There's not much to expect of the free breakfast, with limited choices of rice with either daing, corned beef or longanisa, served plated and in very small portions. Old Orange wood looks cozy and homey, if indeed it's your regular home, but not as a rented transient place, which I can imagine would be too cramped on a brisk booking day. Overall, don't expect too much.

So here is one homey and really cozy place I recommend called Old Orangewood Bed and Breakfast. Yes, it is an old house (one that is post WW2 I suppose) that is given a new look. And yes, it is an orange one. A hue that matches the entire vibe of this simple and laid-back home.

This once abode of a group of diverse Baguio foreigners now caters the growing population of Baguio tourists, travelers, backpackers, and even local who want to do a staycation in their own city. The house features old wood and stone pillars and which I like. I really have a soft spot for anything wooden. Since it is located at the backroads of Baguio’s main thoroughfare, it is spared from terrible traffic. Nonetheless, it is still within walking distance to the central business district and a jeepney away from most popular Baguio sites.

It has 11 rooms of different sizes. Interesting to note that each room is named after famed landmarks and tourist attractions in the Cordillera (primarily in Baguio). Moreso, each of which has a distinct “personality”. The color of the room, the bed sheets and pillows, mural artworks by artist Kelly Ramos, and even some hand-crafted decors make each room unique. And did I mention that they also have a special playhouse for toddlers and young children that are just beside their café? Perfect while you have your coffee and at the same time, watching over your young.

During my 2 night staycation here, I had the Mount Pulag room. I just love everything about it. It’s the topmost room so I get a beautiful view of the sunset during late afternoon, and some nightscape after sundown.

They do have a wi-fi. All rooms are inclusive of a daily breakfast, per person. It has a resident café called Hotcat Café where breakfast is served. Well, you can also opt to eat at their newly created dining area found at the back of the house. (By the way, if you intend to bring with you a private vehicle, they do have some parking space but let Sir Nic know about it in advance).

The place is ok if your going just to sleep. But the most inconvenient experience was there was no water at our room every morning! We stayed during the long weekend and it sucks as we were waiting to take turns to bath in minimal to zero water. I hope they will improve their water system as this is the one important necessity in a bed and breakfast.

Old Orangewood is a nice, cozy place. However, the location is quite far from the city center & it's not easy to get a cab or jeep. I would not recommend it if you're not bringing a car.

Also, while the place was generally clean & looked well-maintained, our room was not quite. There were dusts on the shelves, and the bathroom needs some renovation - retiling & repainting, perhaps? Our room's curtain was also thin/transparent so privacy was a concern.

There's a sign that implies that noise is not allowed by 10pm but I could hear the staff chatting until 11pm. We were booked at the ground floor, near the dining area, so we could also hear the sound of the cutleries, etc. as early as 5 am. Maybe it's quieter on the second floor? Also, since it's in a residential neighborhood, we could hear dogs barking late at night.

Wi-fi was not working well when we were there. Receptionist said there seemed to be a problem at that time with the service provider.

The free breakfast was good and the staff were nice & courteous.

The word 'sulit'is an understatement if I could describe my stay here because i got More what I paid for. My room with his own bathroom is clean and cozy and I just paid P700/night with breakfast, soap and towel is in d house. Staffs are all friendly and accommodating, special mention to Zac who i was able to chat with I loved the fireplace which is a common area and their brewed coffee is superb.I will recommend this to my friends and family, will surely comeback.

Old Orangewood B&B is a great place to stay in Baguio City--one of the best I'd say. We are a big family of 12 so we got two rooms: Burnham and Session Road. Burnham room is for 8pax, it has 4 bunk beds and 2 bathrooms; it is spacious enough for a group of 10. Session Road room is really cute; it has 2 double beds with 1 bathroom. Their rooms come with blankets, towels, bath soaps, and toilet paper. Other toiletries are not available so be sure to bring your own. You can borrow their hair dryer for free and extra blankets for 50 pesos each. Pets are not allowed. The common area has a fireplace, which is a major plus. You can lounge and sip your favorite coffee/hot choco while enjoying the cold. It was really one of the most comfortable and cozy stay I've had in Baguio City. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Mt. Pulag room for two nights. It's located in the Attic and I so loved it! The room is painted in blue and it's so pleasing to the eyes equipped with a cabinet for your belongings, lampshade and hot&warm shower. The whole house is located away from the busy streets of Baguio, It's warm, cozy, homey, intimate and comfy. The staffs are so accommodating, all smiles! The owner himself is a good role model for his hospitality. There's a mini playroom located under the stairs for your kids, there's a long couch where you can snug into/ read a book/ or just enjoy the fireplace. The dining hall is rustic. You can order your breakfast ahead of time to avoid the usual morning hassles. The rates are so affordable and we get more than what we paid for. Book here, folks and you have my 100% assurance that it will not take you forever- waiting for their replies in their social media accounts. Highly recommended!
