We stayed here from 10/1/13 – 10/3/13. We had a room with a balcony facing the lake, and the view was very nice. The room was pretty basic and the size was ok. There were a few stains on the carpet but otherwise clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is located on the outskirts of town, and judging by...

On the other side, we are sorry to know about your discomfort regarding the bar service and if you perceived it did not match with our standards. We have shared what you mention...

A hotel just a 5 minute taxi ride outside Puno set on a slight hill overlooking a bay of Lake Titicaca. The hotel has 40 or so rooms that are reasonably furnished in a rustic style-the whole hotel is a little tired and in need of a spruce up. We had a room overlooking the bay. The restaurant is decent...

Our tour saw us in Puno for two nights, and the hotel appeared to be on the outskirts of the city. This gave a quiet private access to Lake Titicaca with plenty of bird life on the short walk across the railway line to the private landing stage. The hotel was clean, quiet and relatively small. Service was a little...

With the waterfront view, balconies opening up to the Lake, and overall relaxed environment, it is a perfect place to stay in Puno. The rooms were large and clean, and equipped with robes and slippers, but wifi is spotty. Pay for the upgrade on the lake view if available. Looking out on the balcony to see sheep grazing simply adds...

I stayed here a couple of nights during a tour. It’s within a lovely location by the lake and my room had a lake-view. Room was spacious, with all the amenities you would expect. The kettle in my room with a great choice of teas and coffee was a lovely touch. Comfortable bed also and decent choice of English speaking...

The most positive experience was in the restaurant with Daniel. He is an artist of hospitality and service. Not only does Daniel make an amazing Coca Sour but he is a gracious and attentive server. We did not have this type of service anywhere in our 2-week trip throughout Peru. Daniel will be a great memory from our trip. The...

As with all the Casa Andina Private collection properties this one is just as good with the added attraction that its a short cab ride to the main part of town and a lot quieter and its situated right on the Lake Titicaca and has its own pier where you are picked up from to take you to the floating...

This hotel is very well-situated by the lake and, although it is some distance from the city, it is a bonus to be able to get on a boat from the pontoon directly below. The staff were friendly and the bedrooms were spacious (worth getting one facing the lake) but the lounge area was too small for the number of...

We stayed here two nights after being to Ecuador and the Inka Valley for a few weeks. Excellent location by the Titicaca lake. Superb view from the seaside facing rooms. The rooms towards the road mostly face into a brick wall. Noice in these rooms from the road. Also noice between the rooms. Nice staff. Bar service pretty slow and...

We had TWO brand new football jerseys stolen from two separate rooms at this property on August 23rd. My sons wore the jerseys to the hotel on Aug 22nd, and they were left sitting on top of our luggage in rooms 101 & 105 the next morning when we left for a day on the lake. We returned that afternoon...
