I was an overnight guest at the Casa Andina on September 13/14, 2013. The facilities are great, the breakfast buffet is a treat, but the staff -- they're in a class by themselves! Through some mixup with my travel agency, I was not picked up at the hotel for my flight to Lima. Helaman Espinoza and Veronica Navarro to the...

This was the best of the Casa Andina chain in which we stayed as it was more modern and had an "open plan" feel to it. The room was comfortable with the only draw back been that as it was on the landing next to the stairwell, there was quite a bit of noise at time. The staff were friendly...

Stayed for four nights. Had a heater in my rom and sufficient bedding to keep warm. My room overlooked the street, so the never ending hooting of horns throughout the night was annoying, also my room did It shake a bit when, I assume, heavy vehicles drove past. My room was fine, the bed was a bit hard, but after...

We stayed 3 nights in two stays at the hotel and it was a good choice for location and value for money. Rooms are simple, spacious, good standard and warm. There is a very short walk to the main centre and the train station so no need for taxi except to the port, approx 5 minutes away. We stored our...

Stayed here 2 nights when visiting lake titicaca. Location very good. City center within walking distance. Rooms are spacious, good and clean. Bathrooms are clean and hot water. There is a small restaurant which serves a very good breakfast and good pizzas at night. Rooms are cold small heater does not have the capacity to heatup the rooms.

The breakfast offers a large variety of food. From the you can take a walk to the central area. The area is safe, there...

Clean, comfortable, fairly luxurious (by Puno standards) and in a great location, close to the main street/square and train station. Relatively close to the lake Titicaca docks (Taxis are plentiful and only $1-2 USD anywhere in town anyway) Rooms have a small space heater and lots of blankets. Can get cold at night (as with anywhere in Puno). Friendly and...

We were booked into this hotel for 2 nights as part of a private tour of Puno and Lake Titicaca and onto La Paz and back to Lima. This hotel like previous Casa Andina's is a functional and clean hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful and curteous.
