Seems it has been in the past a classy big hotel. Time passed by and renewals and maintenance has been kept a bit far from reality. Still comfortable, but far from luxurious or a hotel that would remain on memories Some important drawbacks: - when my daughter opened the bed to have a nice rest, bed sheet had quite a...

excellent site, confort, and people attention was incredible. It´s the placement hotel and locations is beautiful. Peace and view on the Titicaca Lake was the best hotel in the City. The rooms are confortables and the restaurant is excellent option.

This is said to be the "best hotel in Puno". I've seen Puno and I can't disagree. It is an extremely poor, dark, scruffy and primitive town. I guess they needed something resembling a swanky hotel on the lake for all the rich tourists wanting to see Lake Titicaca, and so they built the Libertador, a sterile white box reminiscent...

The room was very clean and the view was beautiful. We ordered room service and were pleasantly surprised. It only took 35 minuets and the food was very tasty. The staff were very helpful and I would stay here again.

The hotel is located on a peninsula jutting out onto the lake and its a bit removed from the main part of Puno which is good. Apparently there used to be a prison on the peninsula years ago! About the hotel now, rooms have good view but were small. Overall the decor of the hotel is a bit tired and...

The Libertador is on an island in Lake Titicaca joined by a causeway to the mainland. We arrived at this beautiful white Art Deco style hotel, and shown into our quite small deluxe room to be totally transfixed by the indescribably stunning view over Lake Titicaca. The hotel has a lovely airy feel with great public areas with bar and...

This hotel has somehow pulled a five star rating and it is unique in Peru as such. Because of the bus schedules around Peru, tourists are often left with unenviable departure times at night and are stuck loitering in their hotel public areas during the day. When we visited, on Christmas, there was a party of about 30 whom had...

This is a lovely hotel with big clean rooms, excellent bathrooms with good water pressure and hot water (not a guarantee in Peru!) The views of the lake are beautiful given that the hotel is located on a little island. The food at the restaurant was good but not amazing and the breakfast was nice. We had no issues with...

We planned a luxury stay here before an overnight trip on the lake. Reception was competent and changed our rooms to better fit our group. Wish we had more time to hit the gym and jacuzzi. Restaurant served a melt in your mouth dinner- one of the very best we had in Peru. The buffet breakfast included eggs made to...

We flew into Juliaca and were transferred to hotel via Sillustani which is a worthwhile stop. On arrival at hotel check in was smooth. We had booked two rooms one with a king, one with two singles. These rooms were quite a long distance apart but as our kids are older it wasn't a huge problem. Rooms are small as...
