If you travel through Peru you see whole cities being ruined from eartquakes, so you cannot believe that somewhere stands a hotel, not being ruined. My surprise everywhere we went in Peru was that in the middle of ruins, a hotel with modern facilities were there. I liked this hotel, even if it was a bit outdated the interieur. Suffering...

This hotel sits on a bay of Lake Titicaca with wonderful views and outdoor area for walking. It is some distance from the town. The room was very comfortable with a lake view; the staff members were very responsive, the public area pleasant with a large amount of seating available. The restaurant was good with an expansive breakfast menu/buffet.

We stayed 2 nights. What is good is the spectacular location overlooking lake Titikaka. It is very clean and the staff are really warm and welcoming. No doubt the best place to stay. However the rooms are very small for a so called 5 star hotel. The place has zero atmosphere. A great pity. Dated furniture and lacking anything to...

We stayed here for 4 nights during Easter weekend! We live in Lima, so we came to Puno to relax and enjoy what the city has to offer. We had been at Libertador in Arequipa before so I had the same expectations at this hotel. It is a huge hotel, but would not rate it as a 5 star hotel....

This is not a hotel that I could recommend. If you thought dated 3 star then you would not be disappointed. The main problem however is with the staff rather than the buildings. We arrived around 6pm at night and saw a mugging straight outside the hotel, where a taxi had been pulled over and the occupants dragged out. This...

We stayed one night in late March, had a dinner and some drinks, joined lake tour introduced by the hotel. Since we stayed Tambo Del Inka, Palacio Del Inka, Titilaka etc, we have to say overall this hotel is a little more than average when considering the cost, but we like to highlight their service and support. We were planning...

Stayed here in order to visit the Taquile and Uros islands at the end of a train trip. Beautiful views of the lake from the bedroom and the dining rooms etc. A really fantastic choice of egg dishes for breakfast, much more varied than any of the other 5 star hotels we stayed in. The dishes included two of my...

Apparently this is the best hotel in Puno. The view of the lake is incredible. The hotel is looking a little worn, which is probably why there was so much construction noise going on until 10:00pm the two days I stayed there. The room doesn't have your own climate control and was quite warm and stuffy. The lobby is very...

We spent two nights here. The views of the lake are lovely and there is a nice walk around the perimiter of the hotel if you are a birder. Our room was an adequate size, clean and quiet. Decor bland snd heating did not work that well. We were given an additional heater. There is free wifi in the rooms...
