Hostel Duque Inn was a fantastic place to stay! It was very good value for money and had the most spectacular view over lake Tikicaca that came alive at night time from the glasshouse rooftop! The staff we so kind and welcoming! The breakfast was delicious and the coffee came with milk! The owner organised one of the best tours...

It was really good, the price is very cheap and the people are of the greatest help. For example they accompanied us to the bus station to be sure we would no miss our bus. They have very good prices for the touristic activities. I definitely recommend this hotel for backpackers

The hosts are very kind and helpful. Extraordinarily kind, actually. A cup of tea while we waited for our room to be finished. Information about town. Extra speedy washing to get it dry on time. The breakfast is good, more than just the standard old toast and jam. But the best thing about breakfast is the view! Make it an...

The Duque inn is great value l stayed there for four days. The rooms are very clean. The staff are helpful and polite. Book tickets and even take you to the coach station. My only gripe is the broken light in the bathroom that wasn't fixed. There is a great terrace at the top of the building with a wonderful...

We booked a room in this hostel for 1 night and our stay was plagued with lots of problems. First we were given a room that didn't have a key so we couldn't leave our belongings behind. When they finally managed to find the key to our room, we closed the door behind us (it locked automatically) and we left....

We arrived at the hostel very early (6 a.m.) since we took the night bus. When we arrived, we immediately got a room, for which we were very grateful. The room was fine, we have had more comfortable beds but the shower was good warm. After some rest we booked a 2 day tour to taquile and to amantani. The...

Five minutes from the main square with a beautiful view on the lake, prices are reasonnable and they offer breakfast. Some room are on the side of the lake, the ther have a private bathroom so it'a a good compromise. Great place to stay in Puno!

We stayed there for a few days on our way to bolivia and were highly satisfied. On the heights of puno and only a few blocks from the center, we got a room with a beautiful view on the lake. The staff is amazingly nice, helpful and the room are really spacious.

“5th flr: noisy, door made w thin glass. Wifi good. Rm by front desk: noisier, TV, people buzzing multiple times each to be let in. Wifi bad.”
  • Our view. The building next door is incomplete, but has people living on the main floor.
  • DIY light fixture in the room behind the front desk.
  • Db room with shared bath. Window has a huge crack and it gets cold in Puno at night.
