Go beyond the nondescript entrance and 40s buys you a double with private bathroom (we had room 404 which I recommend) , good kitchen, sunny dining area and good wifi, all in a perfect location. Great for the money!
The location is really central to Puno, in between plaza de las Armas and Parque Pino.
The room are ok, nothing excellent but for the price I have paid it was ok.
Internet is not so good in case you care about it.
