I am so grateful to Edgar and Consuelo for their hospitality and help during my recent stay in Puno. Over a period of about 9 days I stayed at Casa Panqarani 4 nights and am so happy I did. Rooms are large and comfortable, and all face onto the garden/courtyard. You can choose to eat Consuelo`s tasty home cooking, eating...

Casa Panqarani is the long-time home of Edgar and Consuelo, which has been turned into a warm and inviting hotel. You step from the busy streets of Puno into a courtyard filled with trees and flowers; it really did feel like an oasis. The room was colorful, the shower had hot water, and everything was clean. The wifi didn't always...

It is a 125-year-old family house which is kept in perfect condition. Surrounded by lovely garden, ideal get away from the noisy and dusty street of Puno. But the central plaza is only ten minutes away!! Hostel is run by a lovely old couple who's incredibly friendly and helpful. If you don't speak a word of Spanish, like me, don't...

We stayed at Casa Panq'arani for 4 nights at the end of our two week trip to Peru. Entering the front door, you step from the urban environment of the Puno into the warmth of the courtyard of Edgar and Consuelo's home. We welcomed the feeling of being at a home yet with the privacy of being in a hostal....

I loved this place. Edgar was very accommodating and offered me coca tea right off the bat, knowing I had just come from Lima (sea level). The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was nice and adequate. Anything we needed, Edgar was willing and open to help. He helped us set up a tour of the Uros Islands...

Edgar was so helpful with everything (we had some problems with the train). The place itself is very beautiful and the dinner was delicious. Within a few minutes you will find shops and also the center.

I was there for 1 night after a trip to Lake Titicaca. The room was nice, roomy and warm with the afternoon sun. Shower was hot. I can hear the birds singing outside. The duvet was comfortable and warm for the chilly night in Puno. Edgar, the owner was very friendly and shared a bit about his family during breakfast....

We could only stay for one night, but it is a great place to stay longer. The room has a huge bed with warm blanckets (you will need it in the winter) and Nice and warm shower. The courtyard has a beautifull Garden, very nice in the mostly grey city of Puno. The owners where very very friendly and would...

Booked two nights at this lovely B&B based on Lonely Planet recommendation. It did not lie, what a cosy place with the two friendly and helpful owners! Location close to the center of Puno (10min walk). Rooms are simple, but clean and with private bathroom. The blankets are very warm, but unfortunately the rooms do not have heating equipment, which...

Edgar & consuelo are suuuper nice hosts who make you feel completely at home during your stay at their place. It's like being a part of their family. The house is charming, very well furnished and decorated but the best part is to spend some time with them eating Consuelo 's great food and chat about their beloved Perù. Really...
