I really enjoyed the vibe, facilities, staff and location of this place. The hostel is beautiful, very clean with kitchen and the staff are great. Also they have tourist information to visit the islands

We stayed here during carnaval and booked our room more than one month before via booking.com. one week before we changed our stay from 5 to 4 nights. It was in the legal period and me got a confirmation from booking. When we arrived we were surprised how far they are located from the center. We entered and the lady... More

It was not the best experience, we got there late in the night, we had a bad experience in another hostel, and we found this one in the booking.com, as reasonable price we went there. First of all was so far from centre! and the area was not nice, when we get there we explain a bit the troubles we... More

I stayed here with a friend on my way to Copacabana and it was perfect in the way of an overnight stay for non-tourist purposes. The couple who owned the hostel were very accommodating of our needs and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible - we arrived quite late and they helped us... More

Luckily I only stayed one night at this place! It's far from the center and uphill so to get there you always need a taxi. The room was smelly and there is mould in the bathroom. Also they charge extra for heating which they didn't mention when I called and asked if there was heating in the dorms. After paying... More

Perfect for a quick passage to puno with a low/mid budget . Hot water / clean beds / Good breakfast / good services for Lac Titicaca and bus. The wifi is not very good in rooms. A good quality / price.

After I read the description of this hostel, I thought this would be the best one. But we were disappointet. The stuff were two married people who were very unfriendly. The man was only interessted in selling trips to the Titicacalake for very high prices. And the lady was only interessted in money. We ask several times for a heater,... More

We stayed at Puma Backpackers hostel during a festival and it was a great spot because even though the city was super busy you could get a good sleep. The family is super nice and the beds are comfy and rooms are clean. For breakfast you get pancakes which is pretty special :) Even though its a bit of a... More

We have been @ Puma backpackers about 2 years ago for 2 days; its a bit far away from the center. But the owners are very nice and showed us where to go and gave US advises about where to go and the prices for tours to the floating Islands; txis.... its a kind of peruvian family flair. We could... More
