The only drawback of this hotel was the that it is far out of the city. But it offers peace and quiet with a stunning view of lake Titicaca. The Hotel sits literealy on the banks of the lake directly opposite of Puno, which also makes for a nice night view. The rooms were spacious, clean, the bathrooms too. A...

Here as part of a tour. It's a nice hotel and modern in many ways, but I found some things lacking. First, it's away from Puno, which means it is not within walking distance of other restaurants, banks, stores, and laundromats. Second, the water pressure oscillates so it is almost impossible to get a stable temperature in the shower. The...

This is the third hotel I have visited in Peru in a tour of this chain and it is good again, this time I was on the sixth floor so had the extra luxury of a balcony with great views over titicaca and Puno. Everything is good about the room clean pleasent beds and bathroom. Breakfast buffet this time had...

Lovely hotel to vist the lake from. Food very good and hotel much more peaceful than others in Peru. Good size clean and comfortable rooms .mine over looked the lake. As a very small aside, wine expensive here. Not that you want to drink much at this altitude....

A special treat for us to stay at this hotel which is practically on Lake Titicaca. Our room had a huge comfortable bed, hot shower and a good view of the lake. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent with friendly waiting staff. Just one criticism - in the morning at check out we wanted to make a phone call to...

When we pulled the curtains back we were charmed by our first view of the Lake Titicaca. The hotel lounge with a bar was welcoming, the dining hall had a copper fireside and the dinner after a long journey seemed really good and was served steaming hot.The rooms were spacious and the beds comfy.Started out early after a breakfast buffet..with...

Very nice hotel but too far away from the center of the city and restaurants and attractions. Nice rooms with tv, wi-if, clean, and good service. Very nice buffet breakfast and a nice restaurant. Not to many things to do and must book tours or take a taxi into town.

The rooms were very clean - we had a very large room - almost a suite. Problem with the shower - water actually stopping during the shower - depending on the time of the morning. Restaurant lacked ambience but food was very good. Lobby had some character.

The hotel is located across the street from a bay of Lake Titicaca, a few kilometers from downtown Puno. Built into a rock hillside, the esthetics are wonderful. In the rooms,it has WiFi, TV, a safe, fridge, shower, tub and nice king size bed. No bottled water is provided, however. Hot water in the shower was very slow to come...

This hotel is a good option. Isnt as expensive and luxurious as others but its facilities are very good. All its rooms have a view to the lake. It is a lil far from the down town (5mins drive) but not walking distance. It has a peer but in dry season appears not to be open due to lack of...
