The hotel is not up to standard. Interior needs some serious renovations. The bathrooms are dilapidated. For the cost it is over hipped. I also had a terrible experience with the security team. I went out in a cap and on return while trying to get out of my cap, the guys from Lufthanza airline who came in a bus...

I booked online about two weeks earlier only to call the hotel on the eve of my arrival to realize that the confirmed reservation I had received was not registered with the hotel. I was lucky to still get a room there since the programme I had to attend was being held in the hotel. The room I got had...

Large complex that is clean and the staff is very friendly. Well decorated with local art which most of it available for purchase. Excellent breakfast. The only complaint was that the king size bed was not comfortable.

Had a week stay in October, my first stay here and I was really disappointed with the hotel infrastructure and some services. The rooms are standard size, nothing extraordinary. The bedding and carpet is dated and a makeover would go a long way. You could see the vent / ducts and that feeling was there that something could crawl into...

Probably one of the better places to stay in Port Harcourt. It need some attention. It's tired and worn out, but comfortable. Nice pool area with tennis courts. The food is good Chinese, Lebanese and European restaurants. WiFi frustrating.

I enjoyed my stay here back in June. The staff were very efficient and you're spoilt for choice on where to dine. It's safe considering the security concerns in the city. Everything was available at the right price for a luxurious hotel.
