As a tour guide working in Namibia, I've been to most of the hotels, guesthouses and lodges in the country and this one is definitly the worst one I've ever been to.

Stayed 4 nights, walked-in, cheaper than booking.com. Felt safe at night, no noise from streetscar or the sea. Amazing big breakfast. Be there at 6.30h because the breakfast buffay at 8.30h is almost empty. Big and spacious clean room. Wifi is terrible but it's Africa.
