We have just returned from a fabulous road trip through Namibia and Botswana with our two boys who were on varsity holiday. This was by far the best place we stayed at. Rooms were stunning, service was excellent (Bertina was so friendly, efficient and helpful.. nothing seemed to be any trouble). Its walking distance to everything around town including jetty...

During our 15-day drive around Namibia, we ended up our first week with a 3-night stay at this delightful guesthouse. From the welcoming decor to the soft linens to the elegant breakfast set up, we enjoyed this oasis of civility as a fabulous break between our safaris and long dusty drives. Just a short stroll found us in the city...

Do yourself a favour and stay a night or two at this charming central b&b. These thoughtful hosts think of everything for your comfort and ease from heaters in rooms and wifi codes to plunger coffee and an ingenious map attached to their pamphlets. They gave us a comprehensive run down of all the best spots swakop had to offer and nothing...

Room 6 was nice and quiet, it had an outside and an inside sitting area with tv. Comfy bed, nice & clean. First rate staff, excellent breakfast and a very convenient location to walk into town and nearby restaurants. It is a guest house, but somehow a cut above expectations. Highly recommended. -Ask staff about permits required for traveling on...

This was the best guesthouse we have ever stayed in and plan to go back next year. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The gardens are delightful. The breakfasts were excellent with a very good choice. Lovely bright dining room and I loved the crisp, white tablecloths. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean and again lovely crisp white...

This guesthouse does exactly what one should. It is not a high end lodge like some of the other places we stayed in Namibia, and to that extent is a little simpler, but everything it does it does brilliantly. The rooms are large, well equipped and very comfortably furnished. We found a box of chocolates to welcome us (not sure...

We spent 3 nights a Cornerstone Guesthouse in May 2015. This was our second visit and it didn't disappoint. The accommodation is very comfortable, but the service is what really sets this property apart. Breakfast is outstanding in quality and presentation. It is easy to see why they are the top rated property in Swakopmund.

Very central for,the town (walking). Lovely rooms, fully equipped including a UK adapter to use. Lovely white linen bedding and towels. Unbelievably helpful, staff following our car being broken in to resulting in expensive camera equipment and a passport being stolen and other personal items. The owners couldn't do enough. Breakfast was delicious and can be ordered for a particular time....
