In short, it is a good hotel. It is way better than when it was under the previous management and known as Concorde Inn. I have stayed here countless time when it was under the previous management (Concorde Inn).
Booking was done through the All Accor app and the rate was very competitive compared to other hotels of the same standard around KLIA. Check in was a bit slow. It was probably a teething problem as the hotel only just opened. Given time, the staff would be more efficient in handling the check in. The lobby, however, due to the design of the building itself, was a bit hot. The big ceiling fan behind the lobby was not efficient enough in cooling down the big high ceilinged lobby. Once the formality of checking in was complete, I was taken to the room by the helpful assistant who I found out just started working there 3 days prior. However he was quite knowledgable.
The room was quite basic but modern. There is iron and iron board provided at the end of the block. The amenities in the room were as expected of the standard of the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite small and the way the shower is located, the floor of the bathroom can get wet when you are showering.
The pool area is quite nice, so does the restaurant and the bar. Breakfast served was quite substantial and the taste was quite good.
Check out was fast. For those who drive, parking is free of charge unlike Tune Hotel KLIA2.
Would I return? For the price and location, I would return. This is a convenient hotel as a transit hotel or as a place to stay if you need a closer place to stay near the airport.

I recently stayed at Ibis Styles KLIA and had a positive experience overall.
The hotel’s proximity to the airport is a major advantage, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms are new, spacious, and well-appointed. A standout feature is the free shuttle bus service to the airport, although the infrequent schedule can sometimes lead to overcrowding.
The hotel is surrounded by greenery and comes with a large pool, adding a touch of relaxation to the environment- which is not commonly seen for airport hotels.
On the downside, the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, as noise from the surroundings can occasionally be heard. Additionally, while the shuttle bus is free, using a Grab car to the airport costs around RM30.
Despite these minor issues, I would recommend Ibis Styles KLIA for its comfort and convenience.

We booked a stay at the ibis Styles Sepang hotel through their website, three days in advance, to accommodate a nearly one-day layover between flights with my family (my wife and two daughters, aged 7 and 5). While the hotel has been recently renovated and boasts a lovely entrance hall and two outdoor pools, our experience was exceptionally poor, and I would not recommend staying there to anyone.
Upon our arrival at 4 pm, there was no one to greet us at the hotel reception, and we had to carry our luggage to the lobby on our own. The check-in process inexplicably took a whole hour, during which we received no assistance with our luggage. When we finally reached our room, it was unclean - the shower contained a previously used shampoo bottle and some hairs, while the sink had abundant beard remnants, as if someone had trimmed their beard there. After addressing this with the staff, they apologized, relocated us to a new room, but to our dismay, we found the bathroom in the new room to be similarly unclean.
Unfortunately, we were unable to change hotels, as nearby ones had no available rooms, and we had no time to travel far from the airport. We agreed to stay only if the rooms were properly cleaned. Eventually, we received a cleaned room at 7 pm, three hours after our arrival. Despite our complaints about the ordeal, time wasted, and poor service received, the management only agreed to a 50% discount on the night's stay, which seems wholly insufficient given the severity of the issues and the overall poor experience.
Furthermore, I would add that while the food at the hotel was satisfactory, the restaurant staff was friendly. However, the service was extremely slow and disorganized, which detracted from the overall dining experience.

I stayed here for one night after a late flight arriving at 2230. I had checked with the hotel and was told their shuttle would not be working at that time. I do think an airport hotel should provide a more comprehensive airport shuttle. However, knowing this I arranged to book one of their limousines and this was confirmed in writing by the hotel. I was clearly told a person would be waiting after I exited customs holding an Ibis Styles board.
I exited and there was no one there! i kept looking but after 20 minutes I had to call the hotel and there seemed to be confusion about whether a transfer had bern arranged. 3 phone calls later (at excessive personal cost due to using my mobile abroad) it was arranged the driver would meet me at a different location. I have doubts the transfer was ever arranged. I was finally collected one hour later. I was still charged and there has been zero apology from the hotel.
I checked in and got to my room and it was ridiculously hot in the room. Surely they could have switched ob the aircon. They knew I was arriving!
Whilst the room was cooling down I decided to use the free drinks voucher so i walked across to the hotel bar, which is open until 1am. I wanted a red wine but was told only soft drinks or coffee is included in the free drink selection, which is not really acceptable. I thought I wouldn't bother and I ordered the red wine I wanted and I intended to pay for it by charging to my room. The reply was that room charging is not allowed!! Why not? Very irritating!
Next morning the breakfast was good and staff attentive. I checked out at 1155 to get the last shuttle to the airport. My flight was 4pm so the next shuttle at 3pm was no good. Again shuttle timings are just not good enough.
Overall, a really great hotel in terms of location but several really annoying issues which urgently need addressing!

Awesome Breakfast 🥞
For only around 10 USD, there is a large variety of food 🍱. They treat you like a 5 star hotel. Its a very quiet hotel next to the airport and the best option for a short stay if you need a to sleep for some hours before your next flight. There is a huge swimming pool 🏊 which helps you to relax a bit before your next flight. This hotel has only ground floor for all the rooms which makes it ideal for everyone. So it is wheelchair accessible everywhere and family friendly. I can see most parents enjoying breakfast while their children are in the pool 😉

Ibis are well known for having comfortable, clean rooms at a reasonable rate. This place was no exception. The only problems in the room were an electric kettle with a cord too short to reach the electrical supply plug and a shower that drained very slowly.
I was only staying because it is conveniently close to the airport and a previously booked connecting flight in KL had been cancelled and I had to wait 30+ hours for my connection.
I ate a buffet dinner in the restaurant (food was adequate but getting a drink was challenging), paid my bill and returned to my room. Some time later I received a phone call from someone in the restaurant saying I hadn't paid my bill and I must return to make payment. This call was in accusing tone and not prefaced with any polite comments that there seemed to be a problem in the restaurant. Needless to say the approach being aggressive did not get a positive reaction from me. I pointed out that I had paid the bill and had a receipt. The caller demanded I wait while he spoke to his manager. I said I would not wait and as the bill had been paid I was hanging up.
Sometime later I was in bed and trying to sleep when the phone rang again. The same caller insisted I had not paid. I again said I had and had the rec3eipts to prove it (fortunately I had requested them when paying). He then demanded that I must attend the restaurant immediately to show proof of payment. I was tempted to tell him to go to hell but as I was very tired I didn't want further interruptions.
Consequently I got dressed and returned to the restaurant where I presented the receipts for my meal and drinks. Once checked the response was along the lines of "okay you have paid" with no further comment. I suggested an apology might be in order. The response I received was "oh yes, very sorry". I suggested that was not a proper apology and he could do better. Ultimately he offered to buy me a beer which I declined as I was very tired and just wanted to return to bed. Instead I said I would appreciate a written apology. He agreed to this and I said I wasn't going to wait but would collect it from reception when I checked out. This was agreed to.
Needless to say there was nothing at reception the next day and when questioned the young woman attending went in search of answers and returned with the advice it would be sent to me. Days later of course I am still waiting.
My complaint is not that the incident happened because we all make mistakes but the way in which it was handled. The initial caller was rude, ignorant and arrogant in his manner. Someone who I presume was his manager stood and watched the interchange without speaking to me and when he saw my receipt nodded and walked away. He did nothing to correct the situation. Whoever advised the receptionist that a reply would be sent was clearly buying time to get rid of me.
If I assume that this is generally accepted behaviour from staff then it is not a place I want to visit in the future.

Sometime later I was in bed and trying to sleep when the phone rang again. The same caller insisted I had not paid. I again said I had and had the rec3eipts to prove it (fortunately I had requested them when paying). He then demanded that I must attend the restaurant immediately to show proof of payment. I was tempted to tell him to go to hell but as I was very tired I didn't want further interruptions.
Consequently I got dressed and returned to the restaurant where I presented the receipts for my meal and drinks. Once checked the response was along the lines of "okay you have paid" with no further comment. I suggested an apology might be in order. The response I received was "oh yes, very sorry". I suggested that was not a proper apology and he could do better. Ultimately he offered to buy me a beer which I declined as I was very tired and just wanted to return to bed. Instead I said I would appreciate a written apology. He agreed to this and I said I wasn't going to wait but would collect it from reception when I checked out. This was agreed to.
Needless to say there was nothing at reception the next day and when questioned the young woman attending went in search of answers and returned with the advice it would be sent to me. Days later of course I am still waiting.
My complaint is not that the incident happened because we all make mistakes but the way in which it was handled. The initial caller was rude, ignorant and arrogant in his manner. Someone who I presume was his manager stood and watched the interchange without speaking to me and when he saw my receipt nodded and walked away. He did nothing to correct the situation. Whoever advised the receptionist that a reply would be sent was clearly buying time to get rid of me.
If I assume that this is generally accepted behaviour from staff then it is not a place I want to visit in the future.

For our company retreat, we have 100 seats reserved at the Ibis Styles Sepang KLIA. This hotel is just amazing. The food is quite tasty, the room is clean, and the service is good. Even though I changed right away, the department directors were all incredibly supportive.

The pillows is the fluffiest ive ever felt, the food is delicious. here also got big pool which is suitable to enjoy with family, the spa was good and the gym was so nice with the pool view. the service was excellent, the staff was so friendly. plus i can see the aeroplane cross above the sky. highly recommend to come here. i will repeat my vacation here next time.
