Location is not far away from airport, hotel provides shutter service from/to airport (pre-booking is needed). Room is small but clean, only sufficient for short stay < 1 day. I choose this hotel because it is near to Sepang F1 circuit (but you need to arrange own transport to go there via highway, walking is not possible). Happy that the room includes breakfast for 2 in the coffee house, food choices is more than enough for a quick meal before departure. Check in/out was fast and smooth. Free bottled water in the room, additional snacks can be purchased at the lobby. Aircond in the room is working well, I can use ceiling fan too. Water heater working well, soap is provided.

My girlfriend and I booked a room here since we had a 12 hour layover at KUL. Grab to the hotel was about $5USD and took about 15 minutes. We were greeted at 2am by Syakirah and Amira And they made check in very smooth and painless. The rooms were small but the bed was comfy and the AC blew cold. AND I can’t forget the absolute best water pressure in the shower. Another plus, They serve a buffet breakfast with good hot food from 630-1030am for about $4USD. 10/10 would recommend Tune for some great sleep and food!

We stayed at the KLIA Aeropolis hotel for a night stopover between flights. The hotel is deceptively far from the airport - on Google Maps it looks to be right next to the terminal, but is actually a 10+ mile cab ride away and feels like the middle of nowhere so be aware, particularly are you are travelling alone.
The room we were allocated was absolutely tiny, so small that we had to store our luggage in the shower tray. Positives were that the bed was comfortable and WiFi and air con worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast food was revolting, don’t bother, just eat in the airport which has a lot of good choices.

Stayed here for one night with my other 3 family members.. this hotel is one of the best hotel to stay as the room rate is cheaper compare to other hotel around the airport, reasonable and affordable price. It is convinient for everyone as they also provide shuttle bus services 24 hour. The room is quite small but they provide luggage store for us to keep our luggage and other stuff. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friend and me myself would definitely stay here in future. oh ya just want to mention they also provide 24 hour comvinient store where they sell drinks and snacks, comvinient for those who check out early in the morning like us. Syakirah and Bella who is one of their staff was helpful and very kind, thank you so much tune hotel for such great services.

Other than this hotel is located a bit far from local restaurants or nearby mamaks, this is an excellent place to transit. Clean, comfortable and the best part is the price is cheap. Free shuttle to airports are the best since getting a Grabcar here is sometimes a bit hard due to its location. For muslims, theres a musollah at ground floor. Room is not suitable for prayer unless you want to pray on the bed.

Wonderful guest service and accommodation..I really do like the cafe's staff including their supervisor Mr Feroz. Really hardworking and treats guests accordingly. Meals at their Glasshouse cafe especially is worth it although it's pricey.

Throughout the days staying in Tune Hotel Aeropolis i was surprised of how small yet so complete the hotel was. Although there was no TV provided but the sound of the plane engines roaring through the skies sure did gave a good night sleep. As for the staffs, they are all very helpful and friendly. Especially Balqis and Syakirah. To sum up, its been a pleasure and a wonderful experience to stay here.

Very good hotel and service here. The room is clean and neat. I stay at 503 and it’s very handy for old people like because the reception understand I cannot walk to far so they give me a room nearby at lift without me asking for it. Hamizar is very good at helping me. And the restaurant serve a very delicious food.

Car park area is actually located around the building so we parked right in front of the lobby. I really like the car park facility, we park there for 2 nights while we were away, free of charge and its not in isolated area i felt very secure. Swift check in and head to the room, I was a little surprise at the beginning because the room was so small that we had to do our prayer on the bed, i had to open up my luggage on the bed as well so if im staying here again in the future i better exclude my needs from the luggage priorly. Its like a capsule hotel but with private bathroom in it. No appliances, no tv no fridge but theres a ceiling fan, air cond and hot water, all working fine. towels, and small but practical bathroom. Nevertheless, despite the small room, i credit the cleanliness, comfortable bed (we slept well and replenished our energy in the next morning), practical private bathroom, thoughtful storage pockets and kiblat indicator along with complimentary water bottles. Thoughtful free shuttle was provided as well, I really2 like this service, zero concern of pickups. While waiting for our ride, we had breakfast, theres a pool table i wish i had dined in a little earlier to have some time to play it with my son. I would say very2 smooth and thoughtful facilities. Coming back to the hotel upon our returning, I was a bit worried though we managed to reach the shuttle pickup point on time, but the name list were full and i dont want to wait another 2 hours for the next trip. but then there was another thoughtful facility to the rescue, a bus! they switched transport from van to bus. I was so relief. Thank you tune hotel for the great service. I will return again for sure.

At the Areopolis there's nothing nearby, it's all cargo area. Although I did see a sign for a food court opposite, but haven't checked it out. They have a few snacks and drinks in the hotel lobby.
24 hours open and visit klia2. tune hotel. then u can take free shuttle bus. 1 time a on each time.
