Classic Hotel. The staff are very good but the facilities are average. Food are good but the options are limited. Free wifi are not provides(20 ringgit per day for a wifi). The hall air conditioners are not working very properly.

Totally unacceptable conditions: mold prevails in the bathrooms; plaster is peeling from walls and the ceilings; hairdryers do not work. I was totally afraid to look under the sheets at the mattress - one of our party found encrusted "material" on the underside of his sheets. We did change rooms once to one with lesser mold. Needless to say, I...

We visited backseat family paid for us to be close and they stayed at this hotel as long time and frequent guests. As such they know the staff intimately and the convenient location next to the train terminal (within walking distance) gives patrons access to all of KL/Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. As a frequenter of cheaper 1-3 star hotels, this has...

I am a risk taker. I usually check out reviews and eventually go with my gut feeling. This time, my gut was wrong! (Note that I am a cheap date. Easily pleased. Not this time!) Check in was a breeze. The reception ladies were pleasant. I had no complaints. They directed us to the room. Things changed when we arrived...

Been here twice, both for business trip. Booked by my company because our HQ office was only 5 mins drive from the hotel. For someone who does not spend a whole day in the hotel, this hotel meets your basic needs; shower, rest, sleep and breakfast. Though the interior looks old but I have no issue on that. Breakfast was...

Spend short weekend with in law's family here, last week. Well known location, easily accessible by car or monorail. Average hotel with old fashioned decoration and furniture. Everything in clean, working conditions even though look old. Big pool and clean clear water. Love the 114, facing the pool. Kids enjoying the pool till 9pm. Lots of parking with security guard...

This hotel is in need of serious building maintenance and extermination help! There were so many bugs including mosquitos that bug repellant heating pads were standard in all rooms. The bathroom windows did not close. There was mildew and ants everywhere. When I put my soap down on the sink, ants immediately began crawling on it. I never took my...

This hotel is outdated. Has a feel of the past. Service is absolutely bad and the breakfast menu not recommended for International guests. Many choices available in this area and I cannot believe that this hotel has a 4 star rating. Wi Fi also not free.

If you're on a budget and need a convenient place near to the metro, then this is good enough. There is a courtyard garden with pool which adds a nice touch. Apparently, it's one of the oldest hotels in the area. Rooms are a bit dodgy, had smells and need refurbishing. We had a conference here, and the room was...

In serious need of refurbishment and upgrade. Good location, close to main highway, 5 min walk to LRT (train) station which will take you to KualaLumpur city centre in approx 20 mins. Reasonable rate with 50% off via Agoda, without discount would have cost too much for this standard. Nice pool. Didn't have meals here as food places were easily...
