If you feel like to escape from the modern city and find a place to give yourself a relax and peaceful mind, you must consider about Permai Rainforest Resort! Try the limited tree house hidden in the middle of jungle, enjoy the natural voice from birds and insects. Although the room look a little bit old but it's just what...

We stayed in treehouse number 2 and I guess they are all the same apart from the view. We didn't expect luxury, after all you're in the forest but the whole place is in need of refurbishment. The accommodation is very basic. The bed was hard and whilst the sheets were clean the valance and the runner were stained and...

To be honest, I was hesitant about booking here because of all the mixed reviews I had read on the internet. But I am so glad I did - I have no idea what everyone is complaining about on here! We stayed in treehouse no. 9 for three days and I wish we stayed longer. The air con worked fine,...

If you're into modern facilities, then maybe this is not the place for you. Wifi is only available at the reception and restaurant. There is no television in the room. We stayed in the Treehouse. It's beautiful and unique. But unfortunately the floor did not feel too clean (it was dusty and rather sandy) and the balcony was not clean...

We stayed at the Permai Rainforest resort for a company team building retreat, in summary it is a beautiful location but let down by the quality of the accommodation and food (with the exception of the desert made by the very friendly lady from Perth, thank you). We stayed in some wooden cabins, very basic, dirty with no air-con in...

We had heard good reviews about the Permai Rainforest Resort, both online and straight from the horses mouth. Our experience has been nothing but poor. We booked the treehouse for 7 nights, but we are now checking out and moving to another hotel on the morning of day 3. The BAD things - Upon arrival in the evening we saw...

Used the hotel's pick up service, 30 RM for 2 persons from Kuching city centre. We stayed in a treehouse which was a great experience. Looks very basic from the outside but has everything you need on the inside. Warm water, AC, fan. This doesn't mean that the insects will stay out...:-) Staf were OK but not really involved. Resorts...

We stayed there for 3 days in February 2014 with our 7 month old and went jungle trekking etc. It was good value for money and clean. Food was ok and reasonably priced. We met the restaurant supervisor/manager there, Cheryl and she was a gem. Would love to go back one day with our daughter when she is older. Overall...

Luckily we only stayed one night. Its a shed in the forest. No hot water. No air con. Torn fly screens ensure attack by insects during sleepless night due to the heat staff are slow and unfriendly. Food was terrible. would never come here again. Almost prefered to sleep in the hire car. Booked with agonda and not so cheap...

My 21 year old Daughter chose this Resort as she loves the outdoors and jungle etc. We really enjoyed the Tree House ( #10) which has an extra balcony to overlook the water. The accommodation is not the Hilton but well kept and clean. The Restaurant has a fantastic position, especially at sunset and the food is good and reasonably...
