It is not my first time staying in this hotel, I thought I wanna give this hotel another try but it failed me again as a 5-star hotel. There is not much food around the hotel unless you walk a distance. The amenities given were reduced (no pen, notes, laundry bag), WiFi signal is poor in the room at night, TV channels are limited and the remote control is not working well. The only good thing left about this hotel is the comfortable bed!
This is not i expected from 5 star hotel, is it short of staff that they too tired ? I staying there for 2 nights , both night is not comfortable , 1st is the aircond of the room always remain at 25°c after few hours it increase to 25.5°c no matter how i set , what winds speed , yet it still super warm entire night, called they reception , technician send up i will share picture on how they remain the aircond on but still same thing . 2nd thing is your hygience , room cleanliness is the priority for 5star hotel , i can found few cockcroach in the room, near iron table , toilet seat and shower bathtub!! How can this hotel go until this level ? 3rd thing is your water , the water pressure super low , shower also taking longer hours , maybe is super crowded staycation day but they need workout on this. 4th is the staff, when i bring this up to the front desk staff , all like no suprise at all should b always received complain from other guest ! No apologise , no suggestion just keep quite waiting guest give them opinion , not train well and super dissapointed on this 2 night stay.…
Is a bit of a joke to wait for more than hour to check in! I think they need to sort themself out on this. If you knew there going to be influx of booking then is best to open up more counters! This is ao bad that the first inpression of this hotel is all gone wrong. Also to add more salt to our Christmas day they do not have a room ready. Promised to get check in at 3pm but after check in was told the room not available! What a JOKE! It spoil our Christmas day. Because we thought we can relax and enjoy the Christmas Dinner. Is all gone wrong and is at the expense of our TIME! You should have told your customers the REAL check in date.
The check-in process is terrible! It took almost 45 minutes to complete the check-in process although I have done the online check-in provided by the hotel. We’ve 2 nights stay at the hotel. Out of 10 calls made to the customer service, only 2 were attended. Pool was great! Becky is super friendly and my kids love her. Other than that, overall services were terrible! Staffs at front desk were not friendly. I understand there was a lot of people checking in but only 2 counters were open.
Stlll doing my 14-day quarantine starting from 17 October 2021. The set meals served for every single meal is cold, as if it is forcing me to purchase their additional in-room dining for hot meals. I ordered Grab food and it takes at least 30 minutes for it to travel from the hotel lobby to my room. I also hope that there is a consistency in the meal serving timings, e.g. dinner timing can range from 5pm to 7pm. Having cold meals for prolong periods should not be an occurence in a prestigious hotel as the hotel is paid for their services. I hope things could change before I check out of the hotel.
