The pluses are a great location and fantastic views from the club lounge. The downsides are that the food throughout the hotel never rose above the merely 'acceptable' range. Our suite was large and would have been lovely when it was fresh and new, but today it is tired. Our bed was short-sheeted a couple of times. I'm not sure...

Location is good. It's just in front of the sea but there is no beach. Instead of this you have the Philippines market. Very near good restaurants around. It's your best option if you already stay some days looking around kk and are home sick and don't want more surprises. Pool is good. Breakfast is perfect Try the fare spoil...

There are many great features of this hotel - location, service, room size, very helpful and pleasant staff - but the thing that really stood out for us was the fabulous buffet breakfast! The variety was amazing and it really sets you up for the day. Breakfast was included as part of our holiday package, which we were very glad...

I booked a room facing the ocean and it was well worth the money. I was able to watch the sun set everyday. The hotel is in the middle of everything, very convenient. The room was comfortable although the beds were not particularly inviting given this caliber of a hotel. Room service was excellent; we bought fresh fruits and they...
