My wife and I have just returned from a 03 weeks holiday in Borneo and stayed at The Nexus and this trip has been our best holiday so far compared to other destination that we've been to. Prior to my trip I received strong recommendation from a friend of mine who had the pleasure of staying at The Nexus and...

This hotel more than surpassed our expectations. The rooms were huge with a very nice bathroom, and balcony which overlooked the amazing landscaped grounds. The spa was fantastic and the golf course within the complex was very popular. The grounds of the Nexus are alive with birds and other wildlife like Monitor Lizards which use the many lakes and ponds in the gardens...

I stayed here for 5 days in June 09 and WOW!!! what a beautiful place it was. The hotel is huge and of a beautiful design with amazing views of the beach and ocean. The rooms were of a very high standard and extremely clean with fresh towls daily. The food was spectacular and the staff were very friendly. We...

We were a group of 16 taking 4 Pool Villas at the beach side and in short it was WOW! We love the layout of the villa and the so much space to move around, beautiful landscape and look at that beach, so white so long. Our villas are always in good clean condition, the staff at the poolbar are...

I was very wary having read the other reviews and must conclude that the negative reviews are from people who are so discriminating that even the Paris Ritz will be too slummy for them. I am currently staying at a 5 star hotel at Kl and I can see and compare the differences. Firstly, we found the spa suites to...

We stayed here for 5 nights just before Christmas and initially were doubt after reading some of the reviews. We were given one of the rooms at The Borneo Wing, it was fabulous with big garden and facing the beautiful beach and the staff always keeps our room neat and clean. We tried nearly all the restaurants, we enjoyed the...

Family friendly hotel with a huge resort area which you take about ten to 8 minutes walking to cross it. Kids can play around and you may keep them on sight. That is an advantage when you have more than one kid. Batik painting is available only for a restricted schedule. It should be available for extended periods during the...

It is a five star Resort that is a little worn reducing some areas to four stars. Construction was underway but was limited to business hours so we were never troubled by it. We found the main restaurants to be a very good value and enjoyed the Chinese cuisine and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The Italian place was very...

My husband and I, along with my parents and sisters stayed at the Nexus resort for 4 days in December 2009. We had a 2 bdrm Pool Villa and a Spa Suite booked originally. Although the resort grounds were beautiful, overall, the service was extremely poor for the price we paid, and we will never stay at this hotel again....

Stayed for a couple of weeks in Nexus in late december, and have a few things on my heart.. 1. Golf. Brilliant. A very nice, beautiful course and excellent serviced staff. My tripsaver. 2. Rooms. Good and spacious. A little small TV - but hey, I am not in a beach resort for watching TV.. 3. Resort location and exterior....
