good location cause it's walking distance to the harbourfront, malls, local establishments, bus terminal, friendly and helpful crew, cheap, clean and tidy room, safe cause there's a password for you to open the door and not anyone can just go in & out

The location is good. Middle of backpackers area. With food, bars and live music. There is a 24/7 self service laundry next block. 10 min walking. ASK the locals. Cost around 1rm per/kg if you fill iT all the way.
