After reading all the good reviews on Tripadvisor, I decided to stay here for a night. After I told my friend where I was staying her comment was "Segama area? Why you stay there...that area not safe!". At first, I thought...well where is safe... you have bad people everywhere. When I arrived at the hotel....boy did I regret booking this...

We have amazing experience everytime we stayed in this hotel. This is our 2nd stay. Clean and it's located in the middle of the city very easy to walk around to gaya street, Jesselton jetty and even to the nearby shopping malls. Our first choice of hotel to stay in KK.

Compared to other hotels at this price range, I can say that it's really worth it. The rooms are not too small, it was clean, the aircond worked well during our stay, the bathroom was in very satisfactory level for me, the towels and floor mat were perfect, at least at this price they don't give you yellowish recycled towels....

First I wasn't expecting much with the price that I paid for the room, but once I enter the room, it was spacious and it have everything that we need. The location of the hotel is strategic but it's difficult to find parking space during the day.
