We stayed there for one night only because our tour operator booked us a room after our Kinabalu hike. Despite that it was a deluxe double room, the place was a mess. Mould everywhere, especially in the bathroom, stains on the furniture and the carpet, tv didn't work, no wifi in the room... the service was friendly though. In general...

This hotel is in a great spot. We stayed in December 2016 and walked to the night market every night and anywhere else we needed to go. The staff are helpful and the rooms more than adequate. We had to sit in the hallway downstairs for wifi but would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location but not honest place. When the bed was infested with bedbugs. I was bitten all over. , I complaint, they move me but would not refund the unuse portion of my stay. Good thing is to able to leave..it was a nightmare. The included so call breakfast was very plain.

Once again, I chose this hotel for its location. Why pick a place when you have to use transport for everything, here you have just about all within walking distance. The D Borneo seems to have downsized from our last visit as they used to have a breakfast area. But this is not a big deal because many eateries are just...

Stayed 3 nights. Selected this hotel because it was cheap and centrally located for walking to local restaurants, Jesselton Jetty and markets. Clean , comfortable room with quality tea and coffee provided. A little street noise at night. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Stayed here for three nights on recommendation of a friend. After staying in hostels and sharing bathrooms for quite a few nights prior, this was luxury! Our double room and bathroom were spacious, clean and well appointed. Night time was very quiet despite being in the heart of the city, and I slept like a baby. It was a great...

On the recommendation of our local friend, we stayed at D'Borneo for three nights. As with most hotels in KK, the prices are high and the quality low. But my partner and I were pleasantly surprised with our short term accommodation. It was clean, comfortable and well presented. The most significant factor was the staff though, who made us feel...

We arrived from Brunei into KK before embarking on a 3 week drive holiday / excursion through northern Borneo . The hotel was central, lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The room was comfortable, a little tried. But clean. The staff were fantastic. It's a good hotel to consolidate your onward travel plans, it's not expensive . They don't...
