We checked into this hotel as we were unhappy with our pervious hotel. As we've stayed here before we knew that the quality of the hotel was acceptable. However during this stay, we were not expecting to find a note on the bed informing of the problem with the water pressure. There was no mention of it at all during... More

This hotel located inside a small mall building called warisan square. Check in and check out process are very fast. The hotel lobby is just too basic but look gorgeous for me. The staff is very friendly and they work efficiently. The room is comfortable enough for a night sleep but the shower didn't function well. This hotel can be... More

The Bad: We booked this hotel because of the review of a certain blogger based in Kota Kinabalu, I guess we put so much trust in his review that we did not consider other reviewers here in Tripadvisor. When we arrived at our room, there's no water, then the aircon is leaking and it is not producing the right kind... More

During our 12 days in KK we chose this hotel for two last nights because we wanted to visit Manukan and Sapi islands and stay pretty close to the airport due to early morning flight. One reason to stay here was very attractive pricing. Rooms were big enough and in bathroom the shower was ok after some minutes learning how... More

Not exactly new to this hotel but i'm pleased that there are some improvements being made. Hotel staff were very swift & efficient when we have a bit of a problem with our room. Although parkings was still not free but at least they're providing a lesser rate should you park within the building (rm5 per day, stamped your ticket... More

The hotel is located behind CentrePoint Sabah, which is one of the oldest shopping mall in Kota Kinabalu. It is also near to other interesting location in Kota Kinabalu. However, going to the hotel lobby is a bit tricky as it can only be accessed by two elevators. They should put a sign on which elevators can be used. Wifi... More

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights on a family trip. The room comes with free breakfast and Wifi. You need to walk for a short distance to block A for your breakfast. It comes with free flows of coffee and tea. You get to pick your breakfast set from the given list. Anything not from the list you need... More

Centrally located within KKinabalu city. So are several others of same price range. No free car park, had to pay extra Rm20.00 a day. Added to hotel rate, I could have chosen better hotels nearby with free breakfast and free carparking (eg.Cititel, Klogan, Ming Garden). Cafe for breakfast is not inside the hotel but must walk quite a distance outside... More

We travel to KK quite a bit for work and I must say, this hotel is still our number 1 choice for value/location. We love the accessibility to waterfront and now the new mall. Rooms are clean and well maintained and staff is always helpful. Well done, team! Keep up the good work.

We stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel provides all the basic things needed so no complaints. The first time i stayed in this hotel was back in Jan 2015, i thought the toilet was rather not well maintained & a lil dirty, the water heater was a pain to switch on! The second time i stayed here, it was... More
