Me and my friend loved the hotel! It has wifi, clean bathrooms, and a parking place. They make you breakfast in the morning, and gives you a map and help you in planning around the city. very close to the tourist attractions!

Stayed here with young kids and loved it. The lodge is set back from the street, walking distance to historic and cultural sites, helpful friendly staff. Family room on second floor is spacious with many windows.

Really debated between a three and four star. The downsides, the walls are extremely thin and we managed to hear a crying child, a loud talking gentleman and people arriving late at night banging their suitcases around. The rooms are basic and not exactly picturesque, but they are clean and comfortable. The wifi was awful. The building itself is beautiful...

Good choice to be in the middle of historic zone and save money. Very friendly and helping staff. I stayed there with one year old toddler . We had a room with bathroom. Good sleep and there is a small garden area for breakfast . The only minus is not ideal cleaning. Carpet floors are not vacuum cleaned. Got tired...

This was a nice place. The rooms are big and seems like its being cleaned all the time. Many places to eat close by and on the backside there is a vegetarian breakfast buffet. The closest bus station is 2 minutes from the hotel and will have buses going to the beach, center, airport and lam wah ee if you...

I came in high season (after Chinese new year) and most of the places were over priced and/or fully booked. I got a private room with shared bathroom and the facilities are OK. The room was facing the street and it was noisy due to the traffic. Worst thing was that the room was like a mosquito incubator! No matter...

This lodge is open and airy with gorgeous wooden window shutters in all of the rooms which either open up to the gardens surrounding the building. Internet wifi works mostly well. In my experience so far in Malaysia and Singapore, I'd rate it 7/10 as it is slightly patchier than other places. Breakfast is modest, but the coffee is good...

Very seldom do you find a peaceful lodge at the middle of a busy street. It is located at the heart of George town and all major landmarks are within 5 to 10 mins range if you are cycling ( easily available nearby). Also has a good parking space available.(although its better not to have a car due to traffic...

Location was really good, although the place is very basic and I certainly wouldn't call it a hotel and I've stayed in better hostels before. Overall it was pretty clean, not modern at all, no soap in dispenser in shared bathroom and the worst thing BEDBUGS! Left with a lot of itchy bites... Personally wouldn't recommend this place.
