I stayed three nights a the Best Stay Hotel while visiting Pangkor Island in September 2015. The hotel was by far the best option I found online, in terms of price and level of comfort. And when I arrived, the hotel lived up to its promise. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The hotel manager went out of his...

nice and clean hotel, but there is no lift, there are 2 floor. Rooms are quite and clean with TV, aircon, and nice clean bathroom, it's nice for family and friends, but far away from beach, we have to take a taxi with 15rm .... but the good thing is the location of the hotel very near from ferry and...

overall was good but bad experience when the manager pushed me to book extra twin-bedroom for 4 of us. I would prefer he conducted the message in gently rather than threatened me "or else i will cancel your room if you do not follow our policy".

The island is fun to explore on a bike. Hotel stay was accomodative. I would say it requires some tolerance to the construction going on behind the hotel. Also there's a nearby mosque, which has th e azan call 5 times a day for the whole island. Houssekeeping was done only upon request when we stayed 3 nights. We rented a...

I stayed here a few weeks ago with friends. The hotel is very well positioned within a five minute walk from the ferry terminal. The owners, Simon his wife as well as the sweet young lady assistant were more than welcoming. They offer good clean accommodation and are reasonably priced. Simon was particularly helpful in recommending places to go and...

Personalized and friendly service. Pristine cleanliness in main areas and room. Drinking water station is a good plus. Owner provided good info on the town which helped a lot. Owner also gave good f&b recommendations too. The result was excellent dinner at Pasir Bogak. Located right in the middle of town. Comparing apple to apple, this is one of the...

The staff is so friendly, we felt bad that we only stayed one night here and three at Anjungan, a hotel 2 km away. The rooms are clean, the location is good, you get to the beach for 10 ringgit with a cab.

Pangkor island was well, not bad, definitely not 2 nights stay methinks. The island aside, the service provided by BestStay hotel, to the missus and I was top notch when we were there. The man of the house, Simon and his helpers were always ever ready to assist us in everything we needed and even went the extra mile to...

Good location. Walking distance to jetty. Room is clean. Bed comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby. Food is cheap and tasty. Disadvantage is that there is no lift you have to use the staircase. locker services is available. It is safe to keep your valuables in the locker.
