Detailed Reviews
A few things were a little below par - cleanliness of chalet for example, but the staff were lovely and helpful, and the sunset views were gorgeous. Meet the hornbills every day over breakfast, and be sure to order some barbecue specials from the chef in the morning which he will go to collect fresh from the market. Intimate little place, walking distance of other amenities like some restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, taxi rank, soon to be duty free shop etc. Very enjoyable stay - worth the small expense to get the chalet rooms - such a beautiful view and convenient for beach, pool, and restuarant.

We were group of 12 adult and 10 children stayed for one night in sandy beach resort. Didn’t had much expectations before we arrived the place, but after stay everyone felt not leaving the place. Resort is very well maintained, clean and neat. Rooms were cleaned well and are in good conditions, understood most of the rooms were refurbished and all well maintained . Aircon was super cool. All rooms had smart tv with good wifi connection.
We had all meals in the resort- 1 dinner , 1 lunch and complimentary breakfast. Dinner and Lunch was arranged for our group for the items which we asked and all items were adequate quantity and tasteful. Thanks to chef Haidi and team for taking care. We all liked the food served.
Resort is currently understaff due to pandemic and they are slowly increasing staff, however who ever were available took care each one of us. Thanks to William and team for the hospitality.
Beach near resort is clean and there are water sport activity available which we can enjoy. Pool is also good and kids had a gala time.
Will definitely love to be back in future.

A very pleasant small hotel with a beautiful view of the island of Pangkor Laut. Our quadruple room was very good (clean with quality bedding) with a small terrace overlooking the very pleasant swimming pool. Small downside is the noise from the air conditioning in the room above which can be disturbing. The breakfast, buffet, is correct with just what you need. I highly recommend the Sandy Spoon restaurant, for lunch or dinner, I ate the best fish curry of my life there. The entire dinner was just delicious. A big congratulations to the chef.
Near the hotel you can rent scooters for 70 myr for 24 hours. You can go around the island in 2 hours. There are also plenty of very practical and good little restaurants. We also found two laundromats in the city center where the price is 1myr/kg depending on the capacity of the washing machines (much cheaper than the hotel)
The beach right in front of the host was not very clean but just a stone's throw away you have another deserted and very clean beach with clear water.
To access Pangkor Island you have to take a ferry from Marina Island (10 minutes) or Lumut. From kuala lumpur to marina island we took a transfer from the hotel melia 800myr but you can find much cheaper.

A very nice place to stay and have a vacation with family. Sadly, received one of the rooms that reeks of cat pee maybe because of the carpeted floor. Wanted to change room but that day all the rooms were fully booked. The staff did help by spraying air refresher by masking it bur also a fail. TV remotes didnt function properly. Breakfast was okay, room amenities were okay, water pressure was bad. Its very good place as it is strategic but please improve on the mentioned things.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking time to give us your review. Regret that you felt there was cat pee in the room, just for your info pets are not allowed in the room, besides there are no stray cats or dogs in our premises. Nevertheless we will find the cause of the smell. Would have appreciated if you have mentioned to our receptionist about the faulty tv remote and low water pressure. Our staffs could rectify it immediately. Anyway thank your for some of your positive comments, glad you have enjoyed your stay. Regards.

This is a great place to visit, very chilled and well maintained with a great pool and ocean views.
A special mention for the catering and specifically for their Saturday night barbeque with local seafood and other ingredients in a South Asian / Pangkor Island fusion.
It was quiet and pleasant during the week and a bit noisier on the weekend but didn't get too bad. The weekend stream of visitors to the water activities was a bit of extra entertainment.
Good value.

We had a most enjoyable stay. The resort is in a great location by the beach and is attractively laid out, with residential buildings arranged around a pool with a line of trees between the pool and buildings, and pleasant gardens behind. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of tasty food, and the management were very helpful. There were only a couple of small problems: in particular the "cold" water in the bathroom was scalding hot, presumably because the tank is under the metal roof.

Pangkor not much hotels near to beach so after go thru few reviews choose this resort. I booked 2 rooms for 2nights advertised as 3* resort so is fine and I request for pool view and I paid around rm300+ additional for upgrading before 4 days upon our arrival. Let me share my experience here. Before 1 day our arrival got WhatsApp message to ask us pay the difference upselling and I responded that I already paid then the staff response please ignore the message and no apology. Next day check in at 2.45pm to the resort an Indian lady ask us to pay the difference for upsell in fact the confirmation letter is attached with my reg card but seems the FO don't read. FO is about focusing on guest details is little annoying here. The room modern unique nice interior design but the cleanliness need to improved. TV remote not functioning well, safe box not working room 211 even already informed FO but no action. On top of minibar is dusty the hsk staff clean in front of us and extend apology. Room 210 the AC remote not functioning well. Next day request tidy up the room no replenish of coffee tea or creamer again WhatsApp the FO. I guess the FO and HK should learn the proper basic SOP of their own department. The room is nice and modern look but it should also in clean condition before guest check in. Where to put valuable things if safe not working. FO reply WhatsApp message to be more in polite way customer service is very important when we are hotel industry. Pool ok nice, breakfast simple but food is OK. Coming back again well maybe if this resort do some improvements as above department. Room almost 1400+ can choose better place.

We had a wonderful time in this resort. rented the chalet for 5 nights. The complex is very well maintained and clean. We had decided for a candle light dinner, which was organized with a lot of love. The meal was excellent. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The cook organized special requests from the guests! Thank you, we will come back.

Past glory. It's very outdated. Dirty sealant seams in the bathroom. The laminate floor was re-tightened with screws because it was raised by moisture. Daughter has twice opened her feet to this. The rooms are poorly maintained. The breakfast was the worst breakfast we had in Malaysia in 6 weeks. Choose another place!

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were attentive. A 12rm ride from the ferry port. Quiet location with Hornbills visiting early evening. The hotel faces the beach which is clean and swimmable. Breakfast was good with eggs cooked to order with good coffee. Beer on sale in the evening. A lovely warm swimming pool, as warm as a bath. We hope to visit again
