The stay is excellent with its location & quiet nearby to food price. The room is clean although is small (budget cost). I feel comfortable & valuable to stay. Front office staff is very helpful when I required and answer everything

This is a no frills type of place but for the money I paid I was very happy with it indeed. The room is simple and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is a very good budget hotel, with comfortable beds and a nice room. A good value of money for travelers on a budget.

we stayed here during the Chinese New Year 10-12 February 2013. The hotel website is misleading, it's really below average hotel, well the price is just 69MYR per night 17 EUR per night. The service is ok, they tried to serve our large group. The food was terrible and not reflecting the tradition of Ipoh. The location is scary! There...

We stayed here over the Christmas and was very disappointed with the service that was provided to us. The size of the room was ok but the sheets were stained and the towels in the room was dirty as well. The room was very stuffy and smelled of smoke. We needed an additional towel for the night and the house-keeping...

Our room was dark and dingy and the bathroom also looked a little in need of renovation but the water was hot and all functioned well. The carpets in the corridor had also seen better days....

This place ought to be shut down. The commode did not work, the carpeting is so old, the threads were coming apart. There was also cigarette smells and some other funky odor in the rooms. The bathroom door does not shut properly and the shower and commode were just too close together. It is difficult not to get your towel...

We arrived at this hotel and had to pay upfront before they would allow us to check in! Should have given us a clue! Got to our rooms and there are no separate showers, just wet rooms. The dooors don't lock and my key opened 3 other rooms! Door didn't lock from the inside and the door handle was falling...
