Its old hotel. There is indoors pool. The pricing is still good with free breakfast although the hotel is old. U can see stained carpet at the corridors to the rooms. The room is big clean n the toilet too. Over all still okay with the pricing we paid.

We booked a two-room apartment via Booking.com. The check in was fast and our apartment was located just opposite the main hotel building. We opt for a higher floor which have a great view overlooking the farm and villages. Bear in mind, these apartment do not have elevator or ramp for wheel chair to move around. The apartment have basic... More

My family stayed here for very 1st time, 3 nights stay .. really comfy and cool weather! It was a very old hotel which required some upgrades especially for the toilet .. The paint has come out and there is an insect at one corner.. some parts have turned mouldy! 😕😕

This hotel was started as Equatorial Hotel at the entrance of Kea Farm when not much development was there. It was later changed to Copthorne Hotel and improved with additional buildings. Deluxe rooms are spacious but the Single ones are smaller. Though it was built earlier without development in this area because of the farm, but nearby were a few... More

We were pleased with the nice cool wheather. Check in was a breeze (although front desk staff need training). Upon entering the room, we discovered that it is a smoking room eventhough we requested for non smoking one. Couch/sofa was filthy. Got to call housekeeping several times before someone turned up. The mother of all nightmares, bathroom choked so badly,... More

Firstly i made my booking through Agoda for a superior room and requested for early check in. When i get here the room wasn't ready for us. We arrived around 4.30pm. Supposedly the room should be ready by 3pm. I requested for a queen bed for my room but they only can offered 2 single bed and upgraded the room... More

I stayed here last November. In my point of view, the room was great with quite nice views of tea plantation. The toilet however wasn't that friendly for Muslim travelers as there was no water source as the normal toilet in Malaysia. The food served was beyond my expectations. There was a large numbers of food for your breakfast and... More

The location is not good. Very far from Tanah Rata, although since it is up the hill it is closer to some strawberry and tea farm. Anyway you get quite stuck to the hotel even to book tours. The hotel is very old and not like what you see in booking Photos. The food is not very good too. Not... More

Allocated room on 13th floor, good view. Room was spacious. Very near to Kea Farm. If u drive it is not too far from Brinchang town. Breakfast is very good, having many thinds to eat. I dont like the Main entrance to the hotel. it is far from main road. Having small indoor pool is also a negative point for... More
