Went to this hotel few days back, pretty amazed with the amazing view from the lobby, amazing seaview. Food served in the restaurant are pretty good too. But got a big disappointment when entering the room. Room is big but is pretty run down, and the cleanliness is badly maintained. Even there are dirt on the pillow. I would imagine...

Pros (1) Room size: Huge (2) Bed: Comfortable (3) Restaurant: Good. Faces the beach so it feels nice having your meal there. If you're a guest of the hotel, please be reminded to mention at the payment counter that you're a guest to get the 20% discount. The cashier don't ask if you're a guest and if you don't mention...

I have been in this hotel, just to have refreshing drinks along the beach. Originally I have asked a taxi driver if he can bring me on a beach bar to enjoy having a drink beside a beach. He brought me to Palm Beach Hotel. The beach is nice but not visible from the bar. The bar is nice and...

Checked in here on December 11 for 2 nights to attend a wedding in Labuan. At first I was a bit sceptical because some of the not-so-good reviews I read from the trip advisor. We were greeted with a welcome drink & the front desk staff was very friendly. This place is perfect for family looking for getaway from the...

Although this place is considered a bit older everything was maintained well. Breakfast was good; with a very friendly and language-skilled 'egg-man' serving your eggs all kinds and as much...

The hotel room is big but not well maintained. There is smell of rotten wood in the room when we just arrived. There are stains on the bed sheet and the mattress is not in good shape. The poorest is the customer service. When I asked for an iron and ironing board, they took 30 min to send to me...

Very good facility.. spacious rooms and bathroom. Nice sea view. Very beautiful scenery. Food not bad. Less choice for breakfast. No nearby shops. Far in the edge of island. Not so friendly staff. Otherwise very good stay. Suitable for couple family and friends.
