Stayed over at Labuan for a night for business before proceeding to Kota Kinabalu. This is an old hotel that has recently been refurbished and renovated and is now clean and nice with good wifi. Airconditioning is also strong and cool! Breakfast spread is simple. Good access to the duty free shops - 5 minutes walk to Labuan Financial Park...

First of all the hotel is under renovations. This time around the hotel lobby and front office is under renovation. Greeted by the bell boy at the main doors and friendly reception at the lobby. With the rate of RM160 (approximately USD40) for a night and RM40 (approximately USD10) for deposits you can have a queen bed room and a...

I was so dissapointed with the wifi connection. If you are looking for a good internet connection, definitely this is not the place for you. Others are just ok, nothing much to talk about. Very limited parking nearby the entrance. Renovation in progress,so for those who needs to sleep on the day then just forget it.

Wifi was horrible in room, 1 bar with intermittent connection lost. Clean room and bed. Renovation works in progress. Convenient with coffeeshop/local eateries within walking distance, <5mins walk. Mosque opposite the hotel and prayers can be heard in room, so be prepared to wake-up in the morning around 4.30-4:45am if you are a light sleeper.

The rate RM160/night for standard single room is OK. Free breakfast with limited choice. This is my 2nd stay here. The rooms always smell like an ashtray. There will be renovation at all time. I mean 365 days a year. Internet wifi almost useless.

Stayed here for a week with my husband. Standard room is very small.Be aware that standard single comes with breakfast but only for one person. RM17 for breakfast buffet for another person which is not worth it. Still under renovation .I don't think I will stay here again , price is not worth the room. Come on..rm163 for a single...

I stayed here for 5 nights when it was renovated and got headache hearing drills until 6 pm. Imagine have to deal with the sounds of drills and carpenting for that length of period. Mirrors, wood and carpenting tools were everywhere along the corridors. And to be charged rm160 per night was exorbitant to me and not worth the money...

The room rate is OK compared to other hotels in Labuan. Beds are comfortable. Housekeeping at common areas need to be improved. Near to Labuan Financial Park, town centre and airport. Wifi in rooms a little bit slow. Breakfast is very basic.

In my visits to Labuan, I had to stay in this hotel as Dorsett and Tiara were fully booked. Of course it is much cheaper but this hotel is not up to standard as a hotel. Rooms are old and smells musty sometimes. I believe it has been poorly maintained. They can definitely upgrade their standards. Location of this hotel...
