Taking a taxi from the harbor, driving up to a magnificent looking building. The first room we saw was not yet cleaned from the previous tenants. There was water coming from the roof in the bathroom from the room upstairs. We asked to see another room and we got the keys to a bigger room. Spacious. With a view of...

Kondo Istana location is very near to Kuah. If you want to go for shopping duty fee product like Choc, Kitchenware, Booze, Ciggs, this apartment is the best place. It is very near to Haji Ismail Group (HIG), Langkawi Saga, and also Idaman Suri. Very ideal for families since there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and also kitchen...

Reasonably sized apartment styled units with basic furniture. Views nothing spectacular and I definately would not eat in the restaurant. Coveniently located in kuah and make your own breakfasts. Has basic kitchen with limited appliances. Can be noisy during school holidays.

The service appartment near to Kuah town. goog for shopper. The breakfast on our first morning has limited chooice. Fried noodle, fried rice, breads, butter, jam, baked bean, nuggets, tea but no coffee for first morning. On 2nd morning we went to the malay Nasi Lemak stall near to Kondo Istana (same row). Their nasi lemak are very nice and...

We're supposed to check in at 2 pm however we were told our room wasn't ready yet hence we've to wait for another hour before checking in which is a waste of time. We had a three bedroom apartment and overall it's pretty decent except the toilets aren't very well maintained. if not it would have been more pleasant. location...

Located at Kuah which is the town centre and its convenient to get anything you need. Reasonably priced but seriously there are better one out there at the same price. I think the property is good but due to poor maintenance and neglect, it become such a lousy condition. Forget about the breakfast....it's horrendous but luckily it's located near town...

A good apartment for those who does not expect much of luxury. It's comfortable and clean. The hotel could done better with their breakfast spread though, but hey, with the price of MYR8.80 per person, what can we expect??

I couldn't give it just one star because it wasn't horrible, but it was close. The condo was pretty big, but that didn't make up for all the shortcomings of this place. The bathroom had mold and mildew in many places, including the shower curtain (which really needed to be replaced). There was no hot water when I took a...

Went to Kondo Istana for a meeting. The room I got was in an apartment suite. I would call it functional - sofa set, dining room furniture, very basic kitchen and the room had a built-in wardrobe, with dressing table and bed. Don't expect a luxurious experience. But it's located behind City Bayview Hotel and of course, right in front...
