This "hotel" has the distinct feel of being not of this world. I say this both literally (it is physically placed atop a tall mountain), and figuratively (its appearance lends a disturbing glimpse into a hellish otherworld). Upon approaching the crumbling, decayed facade the first thing you will notice is the eerie desolation of this place. There is no sign...

The resort is rather out of the way, being atop Langkawi's highest mountain, Gunung Raya. The exterior of the resort is in need of upgrading, but the rooms themselves are spacious, clean and comfortable. The few staff are exceedingly helpful and conscientious, happy to assist with any requests I had. I would recommend a short stay here as part of...

It was not creepy like some reviews suggested! It was calm and nice . We were the only clients 😀 Sure it needed some renovation, they were actually working on it. I remember we arrived to the hotel at night, with my husband and my two daughters. And I saw on a tree a small green snake😊 The room was big and...

Sleepless night in this spooky resort.... Situated in the langkawi' highest spot, the prospect of seriously bone chilling ghost make the 30mins trip to the hotel worthwhile. The wind is so strong, blowing through the window sounds like the cries of a tormented child... And the breakfast is terrible too... Want to add abit of unpredictability in your travels? Then...

We booked it without reading the reviews and based on the nice pool photo and some descriptions on booking.com. We stayed there couple of hours and after 8 pm when we were the only ones there just packed our things and basically escaped. We had time to read the reviews and the place itself was so creepy and terrifying that...

The hotel does look like a film set for the next zombie blockbuster. The location is a former military base with a fabulous watch tower and although the tower is very basic the views are the best in the island. You can see the entire island from the one point. You can visit the tower only for a small fee...

I didn't stay here (Thank God) but for those checking a place to stay, take my word: PLEASE LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE. I read some positive reviews especially from AGODA.com but seriously, whatever they said there, it is not true. We went to check the viewing tower, and while waiting for my colleague because he went to the toilet, I...

I have not stayed here but this place is disgusting and a disgrace to Visit Malaysia. Yes you get a great view but that is it. How can this place pretend to be a hotel as the place is falling apart. We used the toilets which are beyond belief. The whole place exudes a degree of suspicion where i noticed...
