A fantastic experience. The staff are delightful (thanks for looking after the elderly Genna!), the accommodation is basic but very clean, the food is amazing and there is something different to do every day. We loved it, thank you Sea Gypsy. A word of caution: if you are a bad traveller by sea give it a miss!

This was part of a boat tour that was arranged for us, the sea gypsies were fascinating and beatific, and we'll worth a couple of hours to visit we ate at a place on the floating village and the food and people were great. It was a great afternoon.

Stayed for a week from 15-21 May, and what a fantastic experience it had been living with nature. Did snorkeling for the first time in my life, came up close with a waterfall & many cows, and who could forget the picturesque sunrise and sunset shots? Much thanks to Linda and her dedicated team of staff for the outstanding service...

A rustic getaway which was very relaxing. The cabins are basic with mosquito nets, fans and cold water only, but comfortable. Food is great, staff friendly and lots of activities to do. Set on a lovely beach it is a great place to either explore or just chill. Did a snorkel trip and the staff member that took us was...

we booked the room few days ago and the staffs were quick to reply and able to confirmed our booking in less than 3 days. Thanks to Cathy as well, who was very responsive and efficient. cleanliness was not easy to incorporate with nature but the resort did well in keeping the room, toilet, beach and surroundings clean.

Our 4th visit to Sea Gypsy and once again it didn't dissapoint. No TV, no phone signal, no wifi, no problem. That's just what we wanted for a week or so. The food is great, as are the staff. The resort is right on the edge of a perfectly clean beach (last time we were here there was still debris...

All the staff were really lovely and made you feel at home straight away, they run lots of great trips like diving, snorkelling and hikes around the islands. Or you can just chill out on the beach or the...

We booked the place for a group of 11. It was meant to be friends and new friends celebrating 2 of our friends birthdays. The moment the boat arrived at the beach we were amazed. The sand was soft , glowing planktons wash around our feet. They greeted us with drinks which is always good after a long ride in...

This is a fantastic place to come and relax by the sea! Book a package deal if you can - it is truly value for the money! The bungalows are comfy and have mosquito nets so you don't have to worry about bugs. There are sand flies on the beach so bring bug spray or oil - citronella works great...

Unpretentious and relaxed resort in Pulau Sibu with good value for money. Staff -both expat and locals - were very friendly, professional and enthusiastic. Chalets are simple but clean and meters away from the beach. Quite a lot of thought was put into the food menu which is varied and tasty. Activities are all very affordable - but make sure...
