I am not someone who likes to write negative reviews, but seriously this hotel need improvement Room - there was always no new toilet roll replaced. From other old reviews in below, I could see that management never take action into this. The toilet roll given was not in new, it was used. Therefore always need to ask for more... More

Was staying almost a week in a room without window as other options were fully booked. Everything is clean and tidy, comfortable sleep. However not advisable for guests with asthma for the room without window because it affected me. & also when I request additional toilet roll at front desk (not sure why they can't send it to the room),... The Executive, Evelyn Fernandez has offered an outstanding service during my stay at this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She puts her heart into it in doing a good job. Personally I think the hotel is very fortunate to have a staff member such as Evelyn. She also has provided an extra mile service when it was... More

The hotel located in pasir gudang. The room not too small, the beds are good. Clean enough to rest. There are food stalls near the hotel and also place for karaoke. You can have breakfast also in this hotel. Not bad but not too delicious. Suit for you who came to johor bahru for business, but not to suitable for... More

Located in the rural area of Johor, about 30km away form the city main attraction (JPO, Legoland). The service was above average, the breakfast was quite standard (Toast & Mee goreng), the room was quite nice, my bathroom was only have a shower (quite slippery)

I have stayed in this hotel several times, but this is the first time, I got a room in 3rd floor (room #3023). It is a new room with new facilities (fridge, iron and table, flat screen tv, etc, etc. Washroom is clean & nice. Compared to the rooms in 1&2 floors the rooms in 3rd floor (room #3017 onwards)... Searched the hotel's location via google map and we were referred to a residential area. Apparently there are a lot of streets in JB that's named Jalan Suria 7. The hotel's location is near Masai/Bandar Seri Alam. Taxi fare is Rm30 from the bus terminal (coming from Singapore). Signage is not that visible at night, compared to the other hotels.... More

It is decent for a couple of night's stay in Pasir Gudang. Room is reasonably clean, has enough power points. No towels in room when we checked in and after requesting, we got only 2 bath towels but none for the floor. Wi-Fi signal is strong in room (different base for every 2 floors). Breakfast is good enough, not great.... More

If you are in Johor, and need a place to check in, this place suits most of the needs. I had checked in deluxe room which was spacious enough for a single occupant, the bathroom was clean, has a safe vault for your valuables. The breakfast was okay as compared to lunch and dinner menu. Though be sure to order... More
