Front desk personnel are wearing slippers. Rooms are dirty and it has annoying smell in thier bathroom. When you flush the toilet bowl the water clogs on the floor and produce a fowl odor. Wifi connection is slow and does not include in the rate. Breakfast is not serve though in their terms it is included. According to them it's...

I can tell, that the bad reviews here are right. The sheets have yellow and red stains! The hotel claims to have a fitness room, but that simply is a lie. I knew that before I came here and now that I asked them, they say it is closed currently - A deceitful way to gain customers. Also they're pool...

Almost everything was just wrong, and I'm not being negative here. I stay at budget hotels very often and this is down at the bottom. Wrong pick Deceiving photos, it will look big and nice when you book but when you get there, you'll regret. We booked a studio deluxe but it was way the name of it. One of...

This place is a short drive from JB Sentral and their hotel looks okay on the outside. Never had breakfast in hotel as the cafe looks a bit shabby and it needs renovation and maintenance as the photos and the actually room and facilities looks very very old! Checked in room without Towels but its still okay for a staycation....

We were told that this place was three star. What a joke. I can't believe they are still in business. What a rat hole!!! Really there were rat holes in the baseboard. Sheets, curtains, and walls had stains, lights didn't work, bolt lock was miss one side, the carpet was sticky (I didn't take off my shoe), bathroom door handle...

And i had to wait about hour ++. After an hour, the water come out with yellowish and reddish color. Omg. Talking about breakfast, they serve you chicken porridge(not even single piece chicken meat...

Room quite spacious... there're rooms located same level with the swimming pool (sort of a small size indoor pool).. there are also cheaper rooms at the basement (if don't mind underground rooms) Breakfast variety not much but there are food stalls located nearby & there's one Tomyam stall nearby & it's cheap too. Location wise, driving distance to Danga Bay...

I like to keep my hotel cost below RM200 and since my two preference hotel along Jalan Burhanudin Helmi are full, I went for the third. Embassy is not that close to the food courts but not very far either. Still walking distance. I got room 214. It is actually same level as the reception. No telephone inside the room....

“My room was one of the deluxe rooms on first floor. On the west/north side, there is a huge construction site, so there will be no nice view and alot of noise sometimes.I heard, that they have rooms without windows, but that wouldn't bother me, since the windows are extremely dirty and my curtains closed all the time. There are a couple of restaurants very close to the hotel and a kiosk. If you like to walk, you can go to the KSL mall within 15-20 minutes. If not, you need a car or taxi! There are no busses or any public transport for inside the city.”
