a very disappointing stay. very unlike what is posted online. the air-cond was not functioning at all - made a complain at 1700 but still no action taken at 2030. no other available room and 2 broken fans were given to compensate the non-functioning air-cond. reason why air-cond cannot be fixed and answer was "no maintenance on a saturday". no...

The family room in the deluxe floor was priced right at rm168 compared to similarly situated places that were charging between rm170-248. Pros - central location, just 10 min walk to CIQ - surrounded with restaurants. Of mention was nilas just across the temple, that's a 5 min walkaway. Had dinner n brekkie which was good - large room with...

I stayed in Jay hotel for a night on the way to Singapore. It was advertised on the web as a basic but decent 3 stars hotel. Instead of a decent hotel I have found a cave with holes in the walls, broken windows, a coffee maker full of ants, a wet bathroom with broken pipes, a dirty hostel that...

The booked a room that claimed to have a spa bath but instead it didn't even have a bath just a poorly working shower from the 80's. The bathroom was even less clean than the bedroom...

This hotel need a urgent renovation, lucky the aircon works and there was a quite good bed to sleep in. Its located near JB Sentral so whats a quite good location. I think this hotel is over rated, but the price is more than good for one night but only than for one night overstay.

Easy access to JB Sentral, Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Lots of places to eat nearby. Red light district but police station also next door. Air conditioning was good, room was large. A little bit rundown but the price was excellent.

Spent a night here at Jay Hotel coz we we're going to one of those theme parks in Johor Bahru. It's a short distance walk from the big mall where you get on and off the bus. We got a double room which the front desk said it was newly renovated but when we got inside, there were some cracks/...

Chosen this hotel as having some business at city square and because they have bathtub so it's convenient for my 3 months old baby to bath. The hotel staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Very good customer service. Room was decent but don't have fridge. There is 7-11 nearby and have a lot of eateries below and police stations just...
