The hotel has everything from spa, massage, gym, swimming pool to a lounge. The hotel is professionally managed and the staffs are well trained. The hotel is quite old but for the price, location and amenities, who cares!

This hotel delivers more than expected. The check in was smooth like a breeze, the concierge was attentive with good service and all the staff were polite and helpful. The aroma in the lobby was so soothing and able to blow away our tiredness from traveling. My room was upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel has a swimming...

They've just renovated their Deluxe Room, so the room is clean, new, comfortable and doesn't smell. We booked 2 Deluxe Room, which are connected to each other (you have to ask them to open it with their key). Room 1806 is bigger than Room 1805, they're the same price but because of the building angles & design it had more...

Hotel room is clean. Stay in this hotel few day and breakfast is everyday same. Feel bored and not many choice. Not recommend to go to their spa. Their massagers are not professional. Use body scrub sea salt on face even though I have declined it.

Called front desk but nobody answer the call. Therefore, I called Duty Manager and it was attended to immediately. He did a good follow up....

After a long day in Singapore , was looking forward to checking into my 2 room family suit for some much needed rest. First impression, the car park looked grotty, unfinished with some leaking pipes here and there. Second impression, the check in, disappointing as the girl at the front desk (S......) claimed that the 2 room family suit that...

This room has 2 large beds, very comfortable, a large LCD TV, and coffee and tea making. The staff are very friendly and are there to help and the breakfast which is included is exellent. As a long stayer at my request I was given with breakfast a pot of tea or brewed coffee at no extra charge.

We stayed in a family suite over the weekend and realized one of the television's reception was "grainy". One of the toilets' door lock was not working and had to remind everyone in the suite that toilet was occupied. To round things up, we felt the floor wasn't clean properly when we checked in.
