If I die and go to heaven, I hope it will be like our tent (no. 16) at Kilima. I was already blown away when I saw photos online on the lodge's website, and I can only say that it was even better in real life. The furniture and decor were simply so stylish, amazing four-poster beds, beautiful bathroom... I'd...

We stayed at KIlima Safari Camp in Amboseli because we wanted a Camp with a good view of Kilimanjaro. We had stayed at its sister camp Fig Tree Camp in 2009. Our Tent was in a good spot so once the clouds had cleared the view was amazing. We stayed here before flying on to Royal Mara. Our Tent was...

The rooms are fantastic, almost an arabian theme. Very large bathrooms with double sinks, dressing table and separate shower room and toilet room. The beds are large and come with mosquito nets. The room is very clean and the tent section is definitely waterproof - we had a heavy downpour and all stayed very dry inside! Electricity charging points are...

This camp is truly wonderful, with beautiful tents (including an excellent bathroom!) and a seating area outside the tent overlooking Mt Kilimanjaro - magical. The food is excellent, as is the service from all of the staff. There is a beautiful pool for relaxing in-between safaris and we had a massage from the masseuse which was lovely. A few reviews...

Nice peaceful rooms.lots of privacy. Friendly staff.Good food and bar. Good swimming pool could not use because of the chilly wind. The track from the rooms to dining area not well lit can be scary if one bumps into a security gaurd . complete darkness after midnight. Could be a problem in case of emergency. No intercoms too. No WIFI...

The view is amazing and you can't just stop watching the 5895 m volcano which is the highest summit in Africa . Having said that the food was just very average not to say poor , the amenities in the room almost ridiculous .and the fact that keep cutting electricity 3 times a day as they operate with generator will...

Beautiful tented camp, with our tent overlooking the waterhole with ostriches, impalas, gazelle and waterbucks. Large, clean bathroom and pool - lots of water for hot showers. Buffets were good, in a spectacular setting. You can climb up the tower in the restaurant for breathtaking views of the camp, right into Amboselli National Park. Mt. Kilimanjaro is visible when it's...

We came to Kilima after a very long drive - 8 hrs in fact. On arrival no hot water even though the wood boilers had been fired up(yes in many camps that is how hot water is provided efficiently) . Is it rude to let the management know that we were not happy campers. The staff were marvellous, and upgraded...

Dear Helen. Thank you for your review and the management has dealt with the Hot water problem, during your stay at the Kilima Safari Camp, the was a big cloud cover that hindered the hot water solar system, that's why we experienced that problem. The Hot water system has been repaired, and installed an alternative electricity backup that will ensure...
