Kazakhstan hotels are expensive, but for a mid-range place this is about as good as you'll get. Friendly and helpful staff. I got upgraded (I think!) to a room with a jacuzzi. Nothing very new, but it was certainly big. Located bang in the centre of the city. Restaurant didn't look great, so I didn't use it - there are...

Good location. Friendly staff eager to help. Clean and well maintained though some renovation may be desirable. Overall good value for money if you are on a business trip for a couple of days and watch you budget.

A small quite hotel, situated in the historical center of Almaty. polite and attentive staff, clean room but we felt sigarette smoke, eventhough we took a non smoking room. Needs renovation. Not quite sure, but I think there was no wifi in the room.

The room was spacious and everything was very clean. This is a very decent business hotel within a good budget. However my concern was the breakfast which was not up to the mark at all. They seriously need to upgrade the quality of their breakfast. Overall, it's not a bad option to stay in an expensive city like Almaty.

Hotel and staff live their lives. No exact order of affairs. When booking through the booking was big difficulty in check-in. Booking was confirmed. The manager said that they had no rooms and we can go to another hotel. It's normal at 5 am? As a result, the room given by chance. They did not apologize, and they would not...

I spent 1 night with my Family. Hotel is a bit old fashioned but well maintained. Our room was on 2nd floor and back side of the building. The rooms at front can be noisy because of the traffic and the bar which is right next to the hotel seems like part of the hotel. The rooms are spacious but...

I spent there three weeks and liked it not too much. The staff speaks relatively good english, the breakfast is quite ok. The rooms have a good size but I didn't like the one I had first - it was at the street side and was very noisy! In general you can say that you hear lots of things you...

Stayed here for 2 nights and it's fine. Got a deal through booking.com so I think I paid about 100 euros, and that price is fair. Staff speak English and are helpful enough. It is quite old and dated, but I didn't care. Could hear a party going on next door and it sounded like someone was enjoying it.

The restaurant on 1st floor is opened all day long, offering food by reasonable price. Staff in reception is very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are very big. In geheral hotel is very primitive
